What a pleasant surprise to have a good ramen restaurant open in downtown Summerlin! I have spent time in Japan and lived a long time in Los Angeles where I ate ramen weekly. This spot is worth a trip and pretty authentic. It is a little pricey, but on point for what you get and being in a prime spot in DTS (across from Grape Street in the spot where SkinnyFats used to be). There is outdoor seating, indoor seating and plenty of bar seating.

I had the Hakata Tonkotsu DX ramen with the thick pork belly. It was nicely marinated and tender. The pork belly was sweet, but the broth is savory. The broth is very flavorful but a tad oily. I wish it came with some more vegetables to break up the fattiness of the broth. It does come standard with chashu, a full egg, pickled ginger, green onion, corn and nori. However it doesn’t come with bamboo shoot or any other veggie. The egg was not marinated, but it was cooked nicely.

Service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out fast. I will definitely be back and try out other dishes.

Quality ramen along with some small bites is one reason to come here. If you are looking to grab some alcoholic drinks also then this is definitely the place to go to.

Their ramen is really good quality and packed with flavor. Most faults with ramen quality is lack of flavor, but this doesn’t exist here. They also have dedicated chicken ramen which is something I don’t see often. Ramen made of pure chicken broth and topped with chicken meat.

Another great thing here is that they have a full bar as well as a variety of sakes. There’s not too many ramen places that have a good bar selection, but this place has a great one.

There’s service is pretty easy as you can either sit at the bar or sit at the table. There’s room for individual eaters or groups of people. I haven’t been here where it gets really busy so the service has been good. The space has great decor and is really clean. The lights give accents to the beverages on the wall.

Located off Sunset and 215 at the Bend strip mall.
I have been wanting to try this ramen place for a while now…
Our server was Frida, she was friendly and helpful.

What we ordered:
1.) Gyoza $8.50 you receive 8 fried pieces. I wish they had fried mine just a bit more as I prefer a crispy outer texture.
2.) Hakata Tonkotsu $17.00 the broth was delicious it had a well balanced flavor of seasoning with a bit of a creamy texture…delicious
3.) Hakata Tonkotsu DX $20.50 similar to the regular version but more toppings. My girl friend also agreed that the broth was one of the best she has ever had. She enjoyed it so much, she finished her whole bowl. Normally she has to take half home.

We will definitely be back for more!

Decided to check out the new~ish (+10 months) local ramen spot at the Bend and they did not disappoint.

Was quickly greeted and seated when I entered. To say it’s beautiful, it an understatement. Their space is large and we’ll decorated. I love they kept the menu simple but with enough variety to have you become a repeat customer.

The food is delicious and flavorful and the portions is perfectly sized. It’s great to have another amazing reman spot in the Southwest.

This place is amazing. I am not the biggest ramen fan but I absolutely love their ramen. I got the Chicken Paitan DX ramen which comes with a chicken leg/thigh on a sizzling platter and both the ramen and the chicken would have alone been worth the cost. If you are thinking of going here to eat, I can’t recommend it enough. I recommend you come early as the Chicken Paitan DX is limited to 15 servings a day, and it is incredible. The only issue I had was that they seemed to have too few servers for the number of customers they had, but overall everyone and everything was amazing. Also we ordered the Tempura Brussel Sprouts and they were the best I have ever had.

Ramen was delicious! Perfect temperature and tons of flavor. The drinks were refreshing and a great size considering they were martinis.

I wish our server was a bit more friendly, and the two-top tables were a bit more spacious, but overall, the place is amazing.

Chic interior design, great music softly playing in the background, and delicious food.

Give it a shot!!

Looking for a last meal before flying out of Vegas airport.
The Yelp Waitlist is not an option anymore, although the phone message still says so. I was able to make a by phone reservation eventually for the 15 minute drive, and we only waited for the table to be set up (needed a highchair). They had an activity sheet to color and dual colored crayons with a nice textured grip.
Quite busy for a Sunday afternoon, but service did not seem to be affected.
Our waiter Chris took time to explain to us (and actually, every table) what types of broth, noodles (regular thin ramen, vegetable spinach noodle and gluten free options).
Got the Chicken paitan: chicken broth, chicken breast (grilled but still quite tender) with thin noodles. I enjoyed the dish.
My companion got the Hakata Tonkotsu : chashiu pork ramen, thin noodles with pork broth.
Both dishes had a soft boiled egg (runny yolk), chopped spring onions, kikurage mushrooms, sesame seeds and bean sprouts.
We got the toddler a Chashu bowl, but requested to separate rice from everything else (Chopped tender chashu pork, spring onions, pickles). She enjoyed the dish as well.
Refillable iced matcha tea and hot green tea.
Modern minimalist decor.
Tables, booth and bar stool seating.
Two all gender restrooms, one with a changing table.

Incredible experience at Marufuku Ramen! If you haven’t been here yet, check it out ASAP!

We sat at the bar on a Saturday night. The energy was chill, college football was playing, and the vibe was nice for a casual night out.

Our server, Eddie, made the experience even better though! He was welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable, taking time to explain the menu and give great recommendations. You can tell he genuinely enjoys talking with guests and making sure everyone has a great time. We even saw him chatting warmly with other tables. Honestly, Eddie deserves a bonus or some equity because he’s the kind of employee who brings people back!

What we ordered:
Chicken Karaage – perfectly seasoned, crispy, and addictive! We loved it so much that we ordered the Karaage Bowl toward the end of our meal just to have more! Eddie suggested adding the wing sauce, which was a delicious sweet and spicy combo… definitely a favorite.

Spicy Tantan Ramen – absolutely fantastic! The creamy chicken broth was rich and flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice. This is a must order dish and we’ll definitely be getting it again.

Marufuku Bites – we started with the tempura shrimp buns, then tried the chicken buns after Eddie’s recommendation; both were incredible. The shrimp was crispy and fresh, and the chicken with the sweet and spicy sauce was bursting with flavor!

Edamame – steamed perfectly with just the right touch of salt. The only small suggestion would be to add a spicy garlic version to the menu…please 🙂

Overall, we loved everything about Marufuku Ramen…from the food to the atmosphere to Eddie’s top notch service! We’ll definitely be back soon!

The atmosphere is chill, dim lighting with chill jams playing. It’s not too overstimulating which is perfect for someone like me that gets anxiety in really busy places. All the employees were welcoming.

The ramen we tried was the Spicy TanTan
Men which has spicy miso and chicken broth. Delicious! I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the ground chicken as it was very well seasoned. The egg is lightly seasoned, I personally prefer when the eggs are more seasoned. The edamame wasn’t anything special just lightly salted & probably steamed.

Kenny was a very attentive and kind server. I couldn’t quite figure out how to open my ramune and when I asked for his assistance he jumped right in. Super nice of him! Thank you Kenny.

I saw this place recommended on Tik Tok. It did not disappoint. The broth was delicious. The pork belly was tasty. The brisket was soft and cooked to perfection. It was among the best I’ve had. The service was good. They had an issue with their hot sake but when it came it was great. I’d come back in a heartbeat.
