ramen itself is delicious: loved the broth, the noodle, and the chashu (doesn’t have that over-cooked taste at all). the seaweed definitely adds a surprising umph to the overall flavor. the egg is not exactly soft-boiled, but close enough.
however, the staffs are mediocre: not that big of a place, but very slow in delivering the food, and almost impossible to get their attention for 1. the check, and 2. change water (there’s a bug inside my water… and they didn’t add a straw when they changed the water )
I can probably make a big fuss about the water thing but I didn’t, just minus a point for the final experience here.

The noodles were absolutely delicious and the soup base was so fragrant! The chashu pork was incredibly tender, and the fried rice tasted even better when eaten with the soup base. The fried squid was very crispy, and I really loved the sauce that came with it.
Also, the waitress was such a sweetheart! She was so enthusiastic and lovely, and the service was both quick and professional. I will definitely be back!

We stumbled on Maru Ramen recently, and it’s already become one of our go-to spots. The food is consistently delicious — rich broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings that actually taste cared for. Very flavorful soup base. Everything was delicious. I added ginger and wood ear mushroom to my ramen. I asked if the soup can be made less salty and even though they said no, it came less salty and it was perfect for me! Will definitely be back if I am in the area.

Small but mighty! Appears as a hole in the wall. The food was outstanding 10/10 recommend the vegetable ramen the broth was AMAZING we also added it to the chicken bowl!
