It was overall ok. Not really great not horrible. The biscuit was really doughy and made it hard to chew sometimes. Hashbrown was overcooked or left under a heat lamp too long.
$9 without a drink, I can think of a few other places you can go and get much better and more food for the same price.

Best biscuits in ga, but the line is always long, the scores not very high, and the employees underpaid and abused. They need to open more of them and actually pay livable wages to their employees otherwise martins may not survive

Martins used to have the best biscuits and hamburgers. The cuts of chicken the use on these biscuits now is absolutely ridiculous. The hamburger meat from the burger I just ordered had an odd consistency and mushroom to it. Not to mention it’s expensive. At this Village Rica the location the are super bad about giving you all your food. We won’t be back.

Food is good but only if it arrives!!! Ordered from this location quite a few times and the orders have come incomplete or not at all. A whole breakfast steak plate was missing in my most recent order, but at least they sent all the jelly packets for my non-existent biscuit!!!!

I’m only leaving a one star because that’s the lowest option. I am currently awaiting a call back from the owner/area manager. I dine in often at this location but this new “so called” manager they have is ruining this business. Jackie needs to be put in the back so she has zero interaction with staff or customers. She cannot take an order correctly, does not know how to give correct change or refund a credit card transaction. She rings up stuff other than how or what you order and then yells at staff when they fulfill the order how she rang it in. She is terrible. I ordered a small tenderloin and cheese biscuit. The first time it came out with no cheese. Second time it came out with cold cheese and scrambled eggs on it. The third time I took it to the counter she offered my money back and told me never to come back!!!! For her mistake!! She has a terrible attitude!!! Do better Martins. In my opinion Deborah would make a wonderful manager!!!! She should be promoted!! If you don’t have adequate sales or disgruntled staff…Jackie might be your common denominator!

The leadership role sucks at this establishment. It’s 11:34 am on a Sunday morning and the drive thru line is out to the road and the inside is backed up and the manager Jackie is in the office on the phone while her team is struggling to keep up. This looks so bad for a restaurant that service is built off the back of its local clients. This lady needs to be fired bc the leadership she displays is very unacceptable and extremely unprofessional

Your company can give this FULL credit to the DEROGATORY REMARKS AND RUDE DEMEANOR in which your back line employees make sure your paying customers hear and know by making it uncomfortably impossible to use the restrooms they snatch at the door AND curse an complain that someone is still occupying and trying to use the bathroom just as they were the two minutes prior when they snatched and kept shaking the door.
You should consider installing an employee bathroom in the backroom if you want people to feel comfortable in your restaurant here.

The best biscuit you will ever have. Flaky, buttery and soft. The onion rings are fantastic. Slaw dog with chili with a grilled bun. Fair warning most items are greasy but oh so worth it. If it’s on a weekend you will wait in line (sometimes the cars stretch around the block) but your patience will be rewarded. They close at 3 pm. So daytime hours only. Go. To. Martin’s!
