Old, dirty, overpriced and slow…… But the best dang fast food breakfast you can get. I absolutely LOVE Martin’s. Douglasville sucks for restaurants and I’m so thankful y’all are here. I love being able to sleep in on my one day off a week, but still able to get breakfast without going to Waffle House or IHOP. They Bac/Egg/Chz large biscuits are awesome, the hashbrowns are crispy and greasy, and the biscuits and gravy are 10X better than any other breakfast joint. Thank you so much for serving breakfast into the afternoon, it makes my day. I’m a weekly customer. My complaints are it’s slow, but what do you expect when you’re getting affordable breakfast food at noon. It’s slow because it’s busy because it’s good. I wish you all the success in the New Year

I live by this Martin’s and My Co-Workers & I try to go here 5 days a week at 5 am & they are never Mon-Fri open when they are supposed to open & we recently were told at 5:10 when they did finally open at least it wasn’t 15 mins like yesterday. They lose a lot of business this way I see cars go in and right back out constantly. They have a sign Hiring for smiling faces well if they were firing for them the only person who’d be left is the little South Park looking guy hes always had top notch customer service with a smile. We would spend money here everyday but sadly never open on time and always way behind at rush.Guys it’s simple, Use The 5 P’s: Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance!

Martin’s Restaurant earns 4 stars only due to the price. I paid $17 for a steak, egg, and cheese biscuit combo, plus an extra side of hashbrowns. While the food was good, the biscuit seemed much smaller than in the past, even though it was ordered as a large. The quality is still there, but the value didn’t quite match the cost this visit.

Whoever works morning shift November 3 rd 2025 was being cheap or lazy. I had all that biscuit with little chicken after paying for a large. I’ll go to the other location from now on.

My first time visiting. I’ve seen them around since moving to GA. A little slow. An hour before closing. Kinda lazy acting teens working who need better supervision. But. The food was good. Hot. Fresh. Best onion rings I’ve had in a very long time. Will definitely go for breakfast sometime.

Just like everything else in food service across the country, staffing is low and good ole American values have sadly degraded. Today Hwy 5 got it right. The sausage egg biscuit was just like my Granny used to make in the 70s. Get there early and get some of the best Ole school food on a menu. I like grape jelly on mine.

This location has gone Downhill, severely. I’ve never sat in a drive-thru at a fast food restaurant so long in my entire life. The employees don’t get in a hurry for anyone and the line stays wrapped around the building. You should pay your workers more so your customers can receive better service.

The commode in the men’s room was stopped up and had feces in it.
My biscuit was hard and overcooked.
The grease in the deep fryers needs to be changed, the hashbrowns were very dark in color and very cold. My wife’s biscuit was ok but the tenderloin meat on it was very tough.
I’ve eaten in at least 10 different Martin’s this one is by far the worst one

For those thinking of trying something new, DO NOT. I’m not sure I had a burger or not….it definitely didn’t look like the pictures. The dining room was filthy. Tables never cleaned. Trash cans full. No condiments. No one to help. Probably the WORST meal I’ve had. I should have ordered biscuits & gravy. DO NOT GO HERE. It was packed though….not sure why.

Great food and employees, but the owner should invest in some outside maintenance. None of their locations that I have visited take care of the outside curb appeal. I hope they clean better in the inside than they do the out…
