I had a very disturbing and unsafe experience at Martin’s. I ordered a sausage gravy biscuit with a steak on the side, and while eating, I found a metal staple in my food that ended up in my mouth. This was a serious choking and injury hazard and could have caused real harm.
When I brought this to the staff’s attention, they were extremely rude and dismissive. No apology, no concern for my safety, and no attempt to offer a refund or make the situation right. Instead, I was met with disrespectful behavior.
Finding metal in food is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic food safety practices. The way this was handled afterward was just as bad as the incident itself.
I will never return, and I strongly caution others to be careful eating here.

Not worth the price, but the biscuits and sweet tea are still worth the trip since it’s hard to find a good southern biscuit. Hash browns were awful, tasted old, and super greasy, did not drain before placing in paper sleeves.

I gave 5-star for atmosphere because I like the homeyness of the brand. I usually use the drive-thru and get a bacon or sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I have ordered a biscuit & jelly, grits and, not too long ago, my first hamburger! I enjoy the food here. However, the “chili” they use for chili dogs is nasty to me! All they need to do is brown beef (or turkey) and mix it with a good amount of quality ketchup to make it moist and glisten! I don’t know what all they have in theirs, but they’re doing too much!

The breakfast rush can vary on how much cars are in the drive thru on days. Today was quick. Ordering through the drive thru is pretty quick. Employees are pretty friendly.
Ordered the chicken biscuit, with an orange juice and it is such a great breakfast item to get! I can’t compare it to other locations since this is the only one I go to, but it is pretty awesome!

This isn’t the closest Martin’s to me, but it’s the one I go to. I appreciate the care and attention I received today at lunch, from the sweet lady in the back who insisted on making fresh eggs for me, to the ladies in the front who all helped ensure I had fresh food and zero grease stains in my car lol. I don’t know what the folks on Canton Rd. ,are thinking about, but the Power Springs ladies got it! They teach the rest of them how it’s done. Food taste better when there’s love in it.

Every single time I order from this location via uber eats, LITERALLY every single time, I am always having to contact customer support to get a refund for missing item(s), sad because there is 2 receipts stapled to the bag, LARGE CAPTIONED may I add, and yet still can’t get the simplest order correct!!! Now I know why their drive thru line is always backed up, because people check their bag for their order and discover it’s not right and having to wait for it to be correct!!!
