One of The Best soft serve ice cream spots in the city for many years is always a family fun favorite. Customer service is fantastic, place very clean with a nice variety of ice cream treats and flavors to choose from.

July 2021: On hot summer days, people like to get ice cream. It’s a no frills soft serve ice cream shop that gets the job done. Nothing really stood out. I ordered a milkshake and was satisfied.
Pros:
* Location. The shop is near the metro park. After a good jog, biking trip, or basketball game, come down the hill to get a cone.
* fast service. They will get the ice cream out to you relatively quickly.
Cons:
* Parking lot is kinda small. This place can get busy as any ice cream shop would on a hot summer day.

First time visiting this local establishment, and I was pleasantly surprised! The options were outstanding. There were so many flavors and choices. I was like a kid again. Lovely and nicest ladies work here. They are pretty quick and reasonably priced. Thanks Amber for the great service. Has all your average ice cream choices and some specialties as well. You can get most sundaes here and twist cones too!

Me and family go to get ice cream 2 or 3 time a week. Usually we have a good experience but today Aug. 19, 2024 at 8:15pm. The young lady were serving my husband had a terrible attitude and she treated my husband with poor customer services. He brought four ice creams and she did not want to give him spoons for the ice cream, he went back to the window to ask her for spoons but she gave him a terrible attitude then give him the spoons. I feel like management needs to handle this matter.

I can’t believe Martin’s is still there. Way back in the 1960s and ‘70s, us kids would ride down from Indian Hills on our bikes to get soft serve. We loved it on a hot day. I had to come home and sell the old home in 2018 after my mother died. I meant to stop at Martin’s one last time, but I never got around to it. I don’t suppose I’ll ever be back in the area again, but if I do, I’ll remember to stop by and get a twist.
