Food is great, Service is exceptional and to my preference the atmosphere is pleasant. Horrible. Where do I begin. We went for brunch in May 2024. It was a slow day for the restaurant so we thought we’d get good service but not at all.
We ordered the chilaquiles and they couldn’t get one order right that we had to send two plates back. we ordered the divorciados and the chile Colorado and , apparently, the red salsa and the chile Colorado are the same thing…we know it’s not the same thing.
Another plate was just chile verde chilaquiles but after getting wrong twice we just left it.
We ordered eggs and arrachera (steak) with it but they skimped on one plate (see pic) and the steak and eggs had no seasoning: super bland.
Eggs were overcooked (see

They forgot eggs on one order but they made it with no salt at all.
The milk in the horchata tasted past due.

Food was good but not great. I did do the buffet so quality of food isn’t as good as if id ordered from menu. So im looking forward to going back to try the menu. Service wasn’t very good. Nobody checked on us. Had to stop a waitress everytime to get a refill.

This place was great. At first glance the restaurant is beautifully decorated. The service was great, our servers was Kitos and he was a delight. Now my favorite part, the food! It was delicious, the flavors are very authentic to Mexico. 10 out of 10 recommend

Cap Charlie was our server and he was so professional and nice! The interior design was phenomenal, the food was delicious and well presented. The cocktails were beautiful and delicious I loved this place and it truly is a gem. Will be returning.

I was served a tostada with raw shrimp. When it was brought to our waitresses’s attention, she argued and said that’s what shrimp looks like when cooked in lime juice. I know what shrimp looks like when cooked in lime juice. That shrimp was transparent and completely GREY in color. If you eat here, prepare to wait 45 mins to receive your food if you ever even do receive it. Waitresses do not check up on you throughout your visit. When paying, our waitress did not let me grab my receipt to make sure I gave a $0 tip. She simply asked me to sign the bottom only, so I won’t be surprised if they try to tip themselves afterwards. Do not waste your time or hard earned money here!

Their food and ambience is good. They do need to be updating their business hours. On two occasions when I get there at least couple hours before posted closing time, I am told kitchen is closed.
