I had the pleasure of stopping in for breakfast at The Marsh Inn, and let me just say—it was outstanding. I’m a self-proclaimed pancake connoisseur, and their pancake was absolutely perfect: fluffy inside, with that crispy edge done just right. Nailed it.
The restaurant itself is clean, comfortable, and has a very welcoming ambience. Service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and fast. Zero complaints.
I’m already planning my return trip to try their renowned meatloaf and the Cherry Bourbon Bomb Burger (yes, that’s a real thing, and yes, I’m signing up immediately!).
This place is a gem. Highly recommend!

I visited this restaurant with my family who lives in the area. We had an excellent lunch. The prices are unbeatable and the value is great too (large portions). My folks have visited multiple times in the past and they’ve never been disappointed.

Fish fry. We are Friday fish fry snobs, but we tried this out of the way place and it is the best in our county, now in our top 3 for NE WI. Great German potato salad, perch was cooked perfectly. In the middle of the Collins Marsh, but worth the extra drive time. Not big, not fancy, but clean and friendly, staff busts their backsides and still smile! Todd is running a classic bar and grill in a top notch way.
