This is one of if not the top resturant in Camrose. The food is usually amazing and the service is friendly.
We went there two days ago and ordered the Lamb shanks (Myself) and the Pork Belly( my wife).
The Lamb was so amazing, fall off the bone tender, sweet and delicious. The Red wine marinade was great. My wife had the Pork Belky, cooked to perfection, juicy with crispy skin and the homemade Saurkraut was absolutely amazing, we are German and this was better than Oma’s.
The dessert, I had the Creme Caramel (soooo good) and my wife had the Chocolate mousse Cake and bothered were great (the mousse cake was so good at room temp)
Highly recommend this resturant, so many great dishes and specials

I stopped by this gem of a restaurant. I was passing through the city. I heard good things about the place.
The place was pretty busy for 7PM on a Saturday, but there was room at the bar.
The bartender immediately assisted me, made suggestions for drink and food.
I had my heart set on some poutine. She suggested I add one ofnthe meat toppings and pointed out that the pork belly was the best.
I ordered the crispy pork belly poutine, 5 minutes or so it came out. The curd cheese was fresh, the fries and pork belly extra crispy, and the gravy was PERFECT.
Quite often puitine gravy is super salty. This gravy was not. BEST POUTINE EVER!
My favorite restaurant from now on, I will drive the hour it takes to get here just for the food

One of the best orgasmic meals I’ve had! The drinks, the appetizers, the main course AND the dessert! INCREDIBLE!!
The staff! From front of house right to the back of house and in between! Wonderful! The skill sets that they all have, and have combined make up a phenomenal experience here at the Marrow.
Thomas & the lady bartender, whos name that has escaped me (my apologies!) were fabulous! Thomas was very knowledgeable about the very unexpected menu we devoured. The options were unique & like I mentioned orgasmic!!! Who would have thought eating bone marrow would be something I could say was good.
The mixology master, nailed a dirty gin martini that she claims has never made before, we were very impressed!
The Marrow Raspberry mule & Jalapeño Bourbon sour were THE drinks of choice. Truffle chips & bone marrow were surprisingly filling. The Neptune Schnitzel & Moussaka lifted our palettes.
The special green tea cake we recieved; delicious!
I could go on and on! But its best to experience it yourself! Head down to The Marrow to have a memorable experience. ✨️

Walking Camrose’s historic downtown Main Street, we went a couple of blocks off and found Marrow. The building was intriguing, and sure enough, so was the restaurant—the hospitality and the feed matched perfectly.
We were the only ones on the patio, and they welcomed our puppies with water right away. Drinks came, and then a couple of snacks/appetizers. They were out of potato skins, but the better choice was the pulled pork poutine. Our server even told us a story about working at a poutinerie on the coast, and this place is doing it just as good, if not better.
The wings were a surprise—served whole, with the tip and the two bone device attached to the drum. Not pre-cooked or overdone—just a real treat. The playlist in the background set the mood for a late afternoon under an umbrella.

Had lunch for the first time at Marrow in Camrose. It is a lovely restaurant in a beautifully preserved historic building with a surprisingly eclectic menu. Everything we had was well presented and tasty. Our hostess, Gracie, was cheerful and and helpful with discussing our potential choices. I would definitely stop in again to try some more of their offerings.

Came here for lunch with a good friend and this place is amazing! From the very chic decor in a historic building, to the very friendly staff who greeted me the moment I walked in, to the amazing food and last but definitely not least, the excellent service. Marrow has become our new Favourite place to meet family or have date night!! On October 18th, we had a table for 6. From beginning to end, our night was wonderful. Rebecca our waitress, you are phenomenal, patient, kind and a fabulous waitress. All of the girls here are fantastic, outgoing and go above and beyond, we now have two favourite waitresses here. This was our 4th dinner here, we were not let down. The drinks were amazing, Appetizers, Dinner and Dessert were absolutely amazing, hats off to the chefs, food was delicious. If you are visiting Camrose like us or living here, Marrow is the place to eat. Oh and we absolutely love the Art Work and Decor!!!
