Service was miserable. I ordered the orange chicken bao buns. The sign clearly states you get waffle fries with the order, they gave crinkle cut. The worker is doing her best but didn’t understand my questions. This place gives off corporate kitchen cash grab

Five of us ordered. In total we had 3 noodle/chicken orders and 2 chicken/rice orders. We were asked if we wanted spicy or sweet & sour noodles. 2 of us said spicy, 1 said sweet & sour. We received 4 orders of food instead of 5, and we were told all of our noodles were the same – mild/spicy/sweet? Not really sure what flavor we ate in the end but we were told it was all the same. One of us had to wait another 15 minutes for his food. I think they put some sort of coleslaw on top of all of our food.
There was only one worker there cooking and taking orders. Just a bit disappointed for the cost of $17 a bowl.
Edit: The owner of the business kindly reached out to ask how they could improve the service and gave us 2 free meals. Will be increasing the rating because of this.

I really wanted to enjoy my meal here, but unfortunately, it fell short. I ordered the fish plate and was surprised by how small the portions were—literally the size of my thumbs. To make it worse, the fish tasted like it was fried in old grease, which gave it a stale, unpleasant flavor.I was refunded for that plate. I also tried the orange chicken with noodles. The taste was… interesting, but not in a great way. It had a strange aftertaste I couldn’t quite place. Overall, I left unsatisfied and won’t be rushing back anytime soon.

The lady gave me an attitude and charged me a service fee for what ? She was rude, unprofessional, and worst of all there was no line so what was the problem ? If I could leave a zero star i would. For 22 dollars this was disappointing

The food was okay, not great. I ordered the roasted mushroom bao buns with served with waffle fries vegetables, chilli soy glaze & cucumber and some vegetable potstickers. I didn’t get waffles fries, instead I got some crunchy double fried French that tasted old. There was only one cucumber on my bao buns. The mushrooms with the chilli soy glaze was good though. The potstickers come out of a frozen bag like you buy at the grocery store and they taste like it too. There was no seasoning or sauce on it and the vegetables were mushy

I have ordered the maroon special bowl which was grilled chicken rice bowl. It is so good the chicken was so crispy with rice and vegetables. The salad on the side is good. I came to monarch market and the place is so good with live music.i enjoyed the live music with crispy grilled chicken rice bowl.

20+ minutes to find out they had run out of what I ordered. Then didn’t act quickly or proactively to help fix the order. I am a week on and waiting for my refund. Not good enough.

When a customer orders a bowl and they come back and tell them that you did not give me a bowl just chicken and you start arguing with the customer that’s when you say I’m not coming back. I work in the hospitality business too 25 years I never challenge the customer when I make a mistake. Shame on that employee (little shrek look a like).
