Love the restaurant but too damn cold inside at all of the locations. While I understand and it keeps bugs out, it’s too cold to eat. Luckily, they have outside seating because their food is good. I tried the veggie burger today for the first time, and oh my delish, plus the tempura asparagus was phenomenal.

We went here to celebrate right after my college graduation. The chef came out and congratulated me personally! It was so sweet! Griffin, our waiter, did a great job – especially since we had a larger party of 8. Super yummy food. Will be back thanks to the great staff!

Tried this place because a foodie IG I follow posted about it. I thought our server was really good. I found the food to be pretty good but I’ll admit that it tasted like the fish in my fish tacos was seasoned unevenly. Each of the bites tasted different because of how much or how little seasoning there was in that spot. Overall, a good place.

We dined there on 07/02/2023, which was a Sunday night around 5pm. The service was awful. The restaurant was not busy at all and there were plenty of waiters. The waitress seemed bothered to have to get up and serve us. She did not come to give us refills and we had to have another waiter find her for us when we needed something. She forgot to bring sauce. One of the sandwiches, the panini was burnt, another order at our table was undercooked. The whole experience was unpleasant. About 3 waiters were sitting at a table talking, not checking on their tables. It’s too bad, because we usually enjoy the food at Marlow’s, but the service was so bad we might not be back.

Absolutely AWFUL!! Made a to go order and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I asked how much longer and was told they are still working on it and didn’t know how long it would be. After waiting a total of 40 minutes I finally received my food. Now my friend who ordered 5 seconds after I did still had to wait. After a total of 50 minutes he finally got his food. Oh did I mention they didn’t even make his order right? Asked for no onions or tomatoes and sure enough both were on there. Will not return to this location.

Food is great, but man is the service terrible. You can’t tell me there is a wait when there are 8 tables open and literally 7 of your wait staff just standing around. The front house girl was either telling people there was a wait or next to the kitchen flirting with one of the waiters. Manager needs to get this place under control. It could be so much better and more efficient if their wait staff actually, you know, waited on tables. You can see the kitchen staff working their butts off and then a crowd of waiters talking to each other like they are still at high school. I totally understand having a good time while you work, but you still have to actually work.

We love this place. But the tables are so sticky, either from wear or the cleaning solution, that we can’t stand to touch them. Will bump this to 5 stars when they finally fix this. Been over a year. Come on, family. Nobody wants to touch sticky table while eating. We actually debate about it when we choose a place to eat. “But can we deal with the sticky tables?” Looking forward to good news.

Came tonight for a late Mother’s Day dinner. If my son hadn’t been paying, I would have sent our JTs Kettle chips back. Absolutely the worst I’ve had at any location. Chips were greasy and partially cooked. Short on toppings. Really disappointing. Our entrees were okay and our waiter was okay too. We’ll stick with Roswell. This was subpar.
