Came for the Friday Fish Fry based on reviews, and it did not disappoint. The fish was excellent. Baked potato done perfectly. Cole slaw was good and rye bread acceptable. My wife had the shrimp dinner, and it was very good as well. Got there at 5:00 and had a short wait. Not much seating, but tables turnover fast. Hostess and waitress very friendly and pleasant. Something unique that I have not seen elsewhere…the waitresses make the Old Fashioneds! Not the best I’ve had, but they were good. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful food, Great service, The tables and chairs are cleaned with disinfectant. I was amazed at the value of the steak sandwich. Fish fry is the best in the area. The prices are reasonable. They have a nice selection of beverages including tap beer. Clean bathrooms, Plenty of parking. I have been here a few times and always have been favorably impressed.

Our party of 6 ate there on 1/20/24. Everyone was VERY friendly and the food and drinks were great. Most of us got the chicken special, which was delicious and an excellent value. We’ll be back!

The chicken and ribs special was delicious. The meat fell off the rib bones and was tender and seasoned well. Chicken was crispy and not dried out.

Susan the bartender tonight was wonderful! We sat at the bar and had dinner. She suggested the specials of Broasted chicken and the Shrimp Dinner I had the Shrimp my husband had the Chicken and we both loved our meals! We both had potatoes pancakes which had homemade apple sauce ( like Jam) was to die for!!! The Shrimp was the best I’ve ever had a runner up to Chicago Shrimp house! The chicken was excellent my husband said! Our drinks were very good also! You better not miss your chance to an excellent dining and drinking experience! Thumbs up! We shall be back over and over again! Thanks Susan! I love my Marlis sweatshirt also!!!

Very attentive staff, from hostess, waitress, bartenders. We had their 4 piece chicken dinner, with the trimmings. Excellent. We have eaten here many times, and highly recommend it for an awesome meal and very competitive pricing. I love this place.
