I am leaving 4 stars for a couple of reasons. Once, they finally brought our food over the French fries were cold. I had the bacon BLT. 5 stars for the sandwich. My husband had the chicken taco bowl. He said the chicken was tough but did say the bowl itself was very good. The cost for 2 meals was 34.00 (we had water)

Absolutely great food and service. Unfortunately I cannot recall the lady that works there and has been around a long time she recognized my parents because they travel often to Kenya . She was gracious and very kind to us. The food is amazing because its freshly prepared.

Amazing and friendly staff. Katie, I hope I spelled her name correctly, is extremely delightful and always willing to go above and beyond to make customers happy. It is rare to meet someone who clearly cares so much about creating a great experience for customers. Thank you so much for the outstanding service.

Looks like they’re making more room around the upstairs restaurant and bar for passengers once they come through TSA. The pancakes are the BEST in Sioux Falls but the Brick oven pizza was just way toooooo cheesey to me and kinda underwhelming. The men who take orders for Breakfast look so disheveled and one is always coughing, it makes you not want to order anything. Cinnabons are available now but I don’t know when they bake them. But the Taco Salad, nachos and Philly Steak & Cheese sandwich are all great choices.

Friendly staff. Local ales. Grab a seat near the window. The price is a little cheaper than the big airports.

I actually can’t recall ever posting a review for an airport spot, but this was so good I think it’s worth the time. Great option for a small regional airport! The Big Dakota Breakfast was an awesome way to begin my trip. Staff was kind and engaging.

The staff here are awful. There was one with blue hair that absolutely didn’t care if she was snotty to customers, or that several of us had waited over 30-40 minutes for what we were told would be a ten minute pizza. They shared we were all going to miss our flights if we waited longer. She didn’t care. They said “I couldn’t find you to deliver it to you” and to then she said “someone else gave it to the wrong person.” It was a disaster, but I think that was all lies. They messed up the order, I was patient and gave them several opportunities to fix it, although it meant waiting even longer, and they did a mediocre job at best. Half the ingredients were missing on the pizza, so it was basically just cheese. The crust was like a nasty reheated tortilla, nothing like stone fire should be or usually is. Between the poor food preparation and awful employees, I won’t be giving them business again. The grab and go is fine, usually fresh, but this was an unexcusable wreck. I understand things happen, but there’s no excuse for horrible customer service. Especially when we were all trying to be kind and understanding. There’s no need to be straight up rude.

I mean food in an airport is always expensive and usually not worth it, but you have to eat right? Marlin’s Express is opposite of what you think of airport restaurants. The food is reasonably priced as any place outside of an airport, hearty, delicious, and always quick to get out to you which is important when you have a flight to catch.
