Marks Pizzaria has been a staple in our household for the past several years. Their boneless wings are phenomenal! Last night we tried a pizza with meatballs and ricotta cheese which was amazing! This location is very clean and I love the open kitchen, being able to see the food being prepared.

Maybe I got lucky but I tried Marks for the first time ever living in Rochester over 30 years. Everyone had told me to stay away its gross, yadda daddy. The reviews initially scared me but I decided to go for it. Got a sheet pizza and wings and everything was made perfectly. Wings were cooked to perfection with a perfect amount of sauce. Pizza was not lacking on cheese, sauce or toppings. My whole family enjoyed. Will try again next time we want pizza.

I can’t say enough good things about Mark’s Pizzeria. Their food is delicious.
Everything that we have ever ordered has been great, from pizza, to calzones, to their pasta dinners and wings. You will no be disappointed! Try them out if you are in the area at the North Pointe Centre on Mount Read Boulevard in the Town of Greece.

This location can’t get it right. It’s so sad because the ingredients are good, but whoever make the food and whoever is “in charge” is terrible. They can never get a SUB right…. They are always messing up orders. I have proof a history of errors, I started placing the orders in-house and picking up the orders in-house and of course it was always correct.. few weeks go by, I do a delivery order and it’s completely neglected. I clearly order “medium pizza, cup & char” on HALF. What do I receive? A medium pizza with regular pepperoni ALL over, CUP & CHAR all over…. So you screw up the (half) request AND THE cup and char? They literally topped the regular pepperoni with cup & char… ugh

Once again they are late on delivery. Promised 45 minutes or less and it’s been 68 minutes. I think it’s decent pizza and I like their wings but one of their best traits would be reliability but 20 percent of the time they are late. Not as much of a big deal if they would update the estimated time and it was within 15 minutes or so of the estimated delivery but you don’t get much info and you just wait…..and wait… and wait….

Ordered a med pizza at 7:03 I waited and waited till 8:30 on a Tuesday night no less. I canceled my order because no one should have to wait that long. I’m sure it was cold. And they never let me know that they were short on drivers. Bad business I won’t be ordering there anymore.

Called in just to check on fresh slices for me and my son and the young lady whom answered was sweet and polite give her a raise answered my questions with no attitude!! Companies retain patrons because of things like that we gotta start acknowledging good services if we want more of it!! Really want to reward ppl that make me feel valued even though my transaction maybe minuet in the grand scheme of things actually makes a big difference. I called a competitor got attitude please acknowledge the young lady we need more of it in the world!!

Food arrived in the hands of the driver, which I thought was weird they weren’t in some protective bag to keep warm. I tipped the guy but I could feel the box was cold already, but assumed it was just the box in the cold, and the food would be hot at least.
Wrong.
Barely even considered warm. Opened the box and no heat emanated from it, same with the wings. It was like the guy drove with the windows open and heat off. Then I saw the burnt pepperoni and overdone crust, and I had to call it in. The manager says “cup and char pepperoni should be a little more done than usual.” I said “I only order cup and char pepperoni so I know what it is supposed to look like. This pizza is CLEARLY burnt, plus it’s cold, plus you forgot our wing sauce,” He says “so you want a credit or something?” I almost lost it…
I said I want you to remake the meal and I will come pick it up myself, and return this to you. I anticipated the manager being apologetic when I got there, to open the box and see the burnt pizza for himself, maybe give me a credit for the $6 delivery fee, but nope. Not a single word! He grabs the box, and brings somewhere else while a cordial young lady helped me out. I said no, you need to see what that pizza looked like and I showed her the pic. I said “does that look like a pizza you would want?” Her face said it all.
The new food was good tho. Love the Old World pizza option, and the garlic parm wings sauce was very good, especially mixed with buffalo sauce. Definitely on the much smaller side tho, so keep that in mind for heavy wing eaters. If I order from them again, it would be pickup and I would need to verify the food before I leave. I recommend you do the same.

Mark‘s pizzeria delivery driver in Black Acura needs to slow the hell down and NOT tailgate multiple cars. No pizza is THAT important that you need to drive over 50 mph down Mt read to a red light.

Unfortunately probably won’t be ordering from Marks anymore. Which sucks because it usually hits the spot. However our pizza is suddenly more expensive and noticeably smaller.. no thanks.
