Really delicious pizza, the only place that does crust correctly imo.
Service was great, when i called ahead i was greeted with bubbly conversation with Tyler (?) and he even found the coupon i didn’t know the exact code for.
Picked up the food hot and fresh out of the oven, and the tall (extremely energetic) young man working the front even hooked me up with an extra icing packet and dum-dum for my daughter. Hope to see him again when i return!
I ordered a gluten free pizza alongside fried dough and two slices. The only downside is that the gluten free options are limited to cheese and pepperoni exclusively. (good thing that’s all i like!). Slices were fresh and huge! One slice ended up feeding my daughter for dinner and for lunch the next day.
There’s a reason this place is a staple in the Palmyra community, and i will most definitely be returning next time im in town.

Last night I accidentally ordered to the wrong store for pick up. When arriving to the palmyra location where I thought my ordered was placed I was told it was ordered to the Fairport location. The guy that was helping me quickly and kindly offered to remake the order there to save me the drive. It was very appreciated. Not only was the ordered made quickly but he even brought it out to me in my car. The food also was cooked perfectly and tasted great. This was great customer service. Super friendly. They noticed my little guy walking over to watch cartoons on one of their TVs and they changed it for him so he could sit down and eat his food. The pizza slices are huge. Very bready pizza. Do not think this is NY pizza / thin crust. It is not. Pretty good. The slices are made and sit out which I don’t love but they were better than I was expecting.
My garden salad was a little sad and small for the price but to be fair I did take off the onions and croutons. I wish the girl at the counter and had given me other options to add.
My kids are all happy. The staff was great.

This store has friendly staff, great food. I wish they offered better coupons because the delivery charge on top of the tip is a little over the top because I like to tip good but they are local and good people. The owner just opened a golf course I can’t wait to check out!

I stopped into Mark’s Pizzeria in Palmyra to grab food for my office, and I was blown away by the kindness and customer service. While I was there, an older man came in asking quietly if he could have a free slice because he was hungry and cold. Without hesitation, the young employee gave him two big slices and a drink. My heart! ❤️
On top of that, I had forgotten to place my office order ahead of time, and they still had it prepared and ready for me within 15 minutes. Truly amazing staff and service.
Highly recommend this location — they go above and beyond!

Pizza only, no salads, no soda fountain, just buy in a bottle. Pretty bare bone pizza joint, but our pizza was delicious. Thicker crust, but fluffy.

Good pizza, annoying when they give you a old crappy slices… while they have a fresh pie with cheese that’s hot and fresh just sitting there. Definitely had to buy two slices to eat one good slice more often than I should have.

Mark’s has been a staple of Upstate NY Pizza for over 4 decades. The slices are large and delicious. After having the wings, you’ll be wanting to come back for more. They are greatly supportive of the local school districts and employ many of the students. Very active in the community and probably the best welcome for new people visiting the area. Definitely worth stopping in for a slice if you’re nearby. Or just order delivery if you’re at a nearby hotel.

06/2021 – Love it most of the time last visit was excellent. Delivery is usually fast ($5 fee, up a dollar since last time I ordered) and pickup is usually ready within 20 minutes. Indoor and outdoor seating options. Building was remodeled not that many years back due to a fire so everything is super new.
2019 – I literally have a love-hate relationship with this place most of the time . I’ve been ordering from this specific store since I was a child and my parents used to place the orders. They are by far my favorite pizza place. However, there were at least three times that I can count where I had to cut them off for a while. The first time I stopped ordering from them for almost 15 years because I was so upset. Within the last three or four years I have decided to try them again and have only had to cut them off twice due to customer service issues. Once there was a refusal of delivery before they were closed another time with an issue with toppings and a refusal to fix it.
