Why even send this pizza out? I had half olive, half cup n char pep. Manager stated, “next time don’t get cup n char then” which is crazy, I’m taking about the cheese and dark crust that was so hard to chew!! He asked me to send him a picture to his cell and then I said ok, he beat around the bush said he couldn’t hear me, asking if we wanted him to send out a new pizza. We explained to him, we just wanted to make it known it was pretty bad, but edible enough when you’re starving, so I didn’t want a new pizza at this time.

Ordered a delivery through their website. Wings & pizza can be customized with web-menu options. We got a well baked crust, extra sauce & several toppings. Delivery was in 40min. Very nice!

There always seems to be Highschoolers that are working here that don’t take anything serious, or argue in front of customers. I watched a younger employee argue with her co-worker because she just wiped down the prep counter and someone came over to use it. Its a kitchen. You clean and keep working, its going g to get dirty again no matter how many people you try and yell at. Pizza was undercooked and they never gave me my Bleu cheese.

I called 4 hours before I needed this order. We went in and they said they never got the order. When I called I said the time, phone number, and name. They confirmed everything with me and I said it was correct. After I got there, they blamed me for not calling in the order when I showed them the call receipt. They said they never received my phone call and they don’t know who I spoke to. Very unprofessional. This was my FIRST time there and definitely my LAST.
EDIT: they also gave us the wrong pizza. I can’t eat meat and they put meat on there.

Marks pan supreme pizza is fantastic.
We usually get half and half. Hubby likes pepperoni sasuge x cheese.
Their sauce is the best. Not very acidic.I don’t get acid reflux after I eat.
They are quick to greet you when you enter and all so friendly.
Delivery drivers are all respectful and usually on time or a little earlier than they quote.
Dustin’s is also all that but this is a review for Marks.
