Best pizza place, I never eat pizza crusts but this place, that’s how you know it’s good, the guy in the front is nice, he sounds rude but he’s not. People are getting too sensitive these days, leave if you can’t handle NY attitude.

This was my one of favorite pizzeria’s in Rockland county. Right near where I grew up. When I come back, I’ll definitely be going here to get some pies. Mark’s has been here since I was a kid.

Always delicious and friendly service. Food made to order. If I say that I want my hero bread soft, they make sure that I don’t have the hard crust that cuts your mouth. It’s so fresh and delicious, my whole family is in love with it. Eggplant heroes are exceptional

The worse pizza place ever. Ordered one pie plain cheese can’t get a order much simpler than that been waiting almost 2 hours and we called multiple times for him to tell us the delivery guy is slow. Now we call back over 2 hours later to be told the driver never showed up. Why wasn’t this mentioned when we first asked if he was delivering? Than the guy says we can just come pick it up after we said repeatedly we don’t have a vehicle so we would have to pay a taxi there and back we asked since we have to pay taxis twice he should be giving a discount or courtesy free pie or something. He says he will give a free 2 liter soda! What is a $2 bottle of soda when we are spending $14 for the pizza itself and now because they lied about having someone to deliver and making us wait over 2 hours , we can spend an additional $10 in taxis for a $2 soda ? Will never be ordering from them again.

The pizza is good but not delicious but $10 for a large pie its a steal. The sandwiches and lasagna are amazing! The Jamaican beef patties are made with real coconut bread they get from the Bronx. And are delicious. It’s on the border of spring valley. Not the nicest part of Rockland but consistent good food.

Second time I ordered from here… first time they came at a fairly decent time. This time the owner gave the driver the wrong instructions, took over 45 minutes to prepare a very simple order, and then the owner decides to have an argument over the phone ♂️ glad to know the owner would rather argue than making sure the order is sent out where its supposed to ♂️…

Multi-Generational family owned pizza joint turning out top-notch old school pizzas; traditional & sicilian pies are terrific. Fast & pleasant service, fair prices. Cash only. Oh yeah, hot subs are great too; eggplant parm is fantastic on their lightly toasted bread. Fast local delivery available.
UPDATE: I have terminated my patronage here as the last item I purchased; a “Mark’s Special” sub-sandwich was prepared so poorly and meagerly, it contained very little meat & cheese within that it seemed like one slice of each. This is a disparity from past visits and very disappointing. Now, anyone can make an error and typically deserves a second chance, but the owners’ position when I called from home to discuss it was seemingly apologetic but refused to make an effort to rectify the issue except to offer me the opportunity for him to charge me additionally for more protein in the sandwich. That is not a solution for a poorly made meal that was dramatically inconsistent with previous identical meals. With that lack of product support nor customer recognition on his part , I have chosen never to return again.
