First time picking up a carryout order. The food was good and the customer service from Abby was exceptional. From the moment I walked up to the carryout counter to the moment I walked out the door, she made sure that my order was taken care of, my questions were answered, all that while she was handling other orders and other tasks. I had to ask her her name because I was so impressed with her managing all these tasks and being so gracious with me asking multiple questions as I wanted to make sure that I had enough meat for my group. Definitely one of the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!

I am pretty picky on what is great BBQ, and this was some of the best BBQ that I have ever had. I had the combo dinner platter which had ribs, honey wings, pulled pork, and brisket.
Ribs are my favorite, and these were excellent ribs. Great smoke flavor, nice rub flavor, and not over sauced. The brisket and pork were tasty and tender as well. I didn’t think I’d like the honey wings, but they were some of the best wings I’ve had. The chicken pasta salad and fried corn cob were great sides. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely worth visiting.

First time eating at Mark‘s barbecue feed store. The name is weird. Do not let it deter you! This was amazing!! Our service was completely outstanding! Probably one of the best service we have ever had at a restaurant! I cannot say enough I am thoroughly impressed with Alicia J!!
She was completely attentive, she knew everything on the menu and all the questions that we had. Because we were first time customers, we even got a free pie and a barbecue sauce, which was beyond expectations. She was so friendly and so energetic and just awesome! Our food was great. The pulled pork was a little bland, but we understand a lot of people like to sauce it up. The honey wings were so surprisingly delicious. We wish we would’ve had more but was way too full to even continue. Super shocked about the potato salad. It had egg in it and it was absolutely delicious! Pleasantly surprised. They do it right! Money worth I couldn’t have asked for better. You will not be disappointed!
They just became our favorite barbecue restaurant! Probably even our favorite restaurant in New Albany.

Been here several times over the last few years. Most recent visit was the best meal yet. Added a piece of lemon pepper fried fish to my order of ribs and that was the best fish I’ve had in a long time. And those corn bread muffins they have as an appetizer. Delicious!!! Super friendly waitress, fast service, love the old signs. Just a great place to have BBQ. Worth the 1-1/2 hr drive for us.

Abby is always THE BEST worker! She promptly takes for our company lunches every Friday and has the ready for us when I get there to pick up. She always has a hardworking, outgoing spirit, and smile that is always infectious when I walk in! We enjoyed our dining experience here. Food, service and ambience pretty satisfactory. I recommend. too much fat in brisket for me. nice enjoyable meal. hamburger bun could’ve been grilled. young man that was a server was on point. Carolina sauce came on the shredded chicken, which we thought was odd. corn on cob, potato salad and sweet tea were good.
