How does this place stay in business? Let’s start with the menu that makes your eyes hurt. The waitress with zero personality.. The food.. Lord add some seasoning to the burger. How do onions have no flavor? It was the worst burger Ive had. The chili was so salty and dried out like its been sitting in the pot for days. It was not even warm! But the worst was the bathroom.. holes all over. Stunk so bad and nasty faucet where you wash your hands.. absolutely disgusting!
They must be paying the health inspector!! Im not kidding either. It could be a nice place with some fresh paint, clean bathrooms,nicer staff and better food. Just all around bad experience. We live here and have tried to give it several opportunities to be better and its just not good.

I have never posted a review before, but I am thoroughly aggravated by this place. Food was good, not great. Medium selection on breakfast buffet, adequate. The real issue was at time of payment. Was told the buffet was $13.95 per person. It rang up at 29.95 for 2, without tax. Bought 2 diet Pepsi drinks. As she always does, my wife asked for a take-out drink to be substituted with sweet tea. [Has never been an issue at any other restaurant]. Waitress complied. Billed for 3 drinks, $9.95, at the register. When we raised the question about the drink (forget the overcharge on the buffet), was told she had ro charge it. We are 1 and done with Mark’s.

First visit today and was pleasantly pleased with the friendliness of all of the staff. Plenty of space to move around and place seemed very clean. Food was fresh and hot. We both had different burgers and they were very good and nicely priced. Can’t wait to go back and try the seafood basket and some other items on menu.

If I could give zeros (0). Thought about telling the whole story about my made to order senior breakfast plate. But instead I just will say who brings toast to your table so cold that the butter they have between the pieces hasn’t attempted to melt or be spreadable. Which doesn’t matter. There was no knife in the utensil package. !!

Awesome little restaurant for breakfast! We had the Sunday morning breakfast buffet, and it was fresh and delicious! They had sausage, bacon, eggs, grits, potatoes, gravy, biscuits, pancakes, waffles, cottage cheese and fresh fruit! All of the staff were super friendly, and and our waitress was really sweet. Definitely recommend if you like a homestyle breakfast at a very reasonable price!!

Went here visiting for holiday weekend due to decent reviews online specifically for the buffet. Upon entering, we stood at the front right for longer than I can say with not one person saying anything like, “I’ll be right with you.” There literally were workers all around us. We noticed a little plastic basket they were retrieving DIRTY towels from to “wash” each table! (No bucket-no water!) When someone finally came and noticed us, they hurriedly jotted our name down and could not estimate how long for a seat and said food would take a while to and that they actually weren’t even seating anyone for a while. We ended up getting a seat and were told we were not supposed to have been seated! We opted for the sparse buffet that had been unattended, cold, and we were told was not being refilled. ($13.99) We were pressed for time and couldn’t spend more than an hour. The server had very little work at our table and really just had to write the order and get three drinks. She forgot my husband’s and never came back for any coffee refills. Brought my coffee in a chipped mug. Luckily there were about 5 cream containers because they were not brought or refilled either. She then slapped the bill on the table obviously done with us. Upon Lea trying pay our bill, the same in reverse of waiting indefinitely without anyone manning the register. In total spent over $50. Do not plan to return.

It’s terrible. Don’t waste your money. Home fries were inedible. Partially raw. Very dry. My 2 year old was looking for any crispy edible piece. I brought it up and she ripped the plate from in front of him. Now I had a hungry upset toddler with nothing he’ll eat. Had to leave in a hurry. Both still hungry… the rest of the food was mediocre at best. Nothing special about the atmosphere.

The staff got me in, got my food and out the door as soon as I wanted to go. Came in around 12pm, got seated and served on the spot, got my food and ticket in about less than 10 minutes. Had the rest of the time to enjoy my meal with my peace. As food goes, it’s definitely ahead of Waffle House, dennys, and all those other restaurants. Us locals know this is the place to be
