My friend who’s an Icon Member took me to the Icon Lounge. I had such a great experience. We ordered the Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos and Heirloom Tomatoes and Burrata. The food was delicious! Our server Lola was amazing, friendly and attentive.

The staff stopped paying attention to customers’ requests. I ordered a cilantro salad and specifically asked for NO chips inside. Instead, they charged me for extra chips. When I received the receipt, I pointed out that they had added them by mistake. They said they couldn’t cancel the order but would refund the money. In reality, the salad still had chips in it, and I never received a refund.
Confirmation of my theory: I asked for water no ice, I had water with ice.

Wow! Had a green goddess salad with roasted cauliflower at the Marketplace Cafe and was blown away. Delicious, hearty, healthy. Atmosphere is nothing special, but I do like how the service works. Order and pay then sit and the food comes when ready. Just walk away when you are done.

Very good place! Servers were very friendly and food was high quality except for one time I got a piece of plastic in my pasta.
I once ordered 10 pieces of bread with clam chowder but only got 9, but that’s ok. 10 pieces can be a lot of bread. I know. People can make mistakes, so it’s fine.
Also, ordered penne Alfredo and got the twisty kind of pasta instead? But maybe they were just out of penne.
Overall pretty good service and food.

ROACH SERVED WITH SALAD!
The salad ordered (Thai ginger dressing with side of chicken) came with a roach in it. Noticed it when had it on fork almost to mouth. Gagged and did not eat. Waitress and manager came over and said they would not charge for the meal.
To add insult, noticed today that they did charge for the meal that was left uneaten due to the roach in it. Fortunately I do have pictures of their salad with roach as well.
Was not sure earlier whether or not to post this review because it is so disgusting, but going ahead anyways now seeing the credit card charge.

My family has eaten in this 3rd floor cafe for years. On this recent visit the restaurant has had some updating, more tables added and more cozy booths. You no longer have to order and cary your drinks and silverware to a table. Now you order and everything is brought to your table by waitstaff. After our food was served we were not checked on again. No water refills. Our food was delicious. We cleaned our plates.

Good menu altho limited, place is often quite empty, no worthy outside views but can see the entire 3rd floor. But it is a nice quiet place to eat. Offers a limited selection of soups, salads, pasta and sandwiches.
I prefer the Nordstrom Grill on the 2nd floor, as it is more lively, has 2 TVs @ the bar with sports on, is more quaint and has a great food selection. Offers a nice variety of starters / appetizers, excellent salads, sandwiches and amazing house specialties (seafood & steak).
Both places are great, so you have to decide which is your own favorite.

Stopped here for a quick bite. Ordered the shrimp salad and the roast chicken salad with cilantro lime dressing. The salads were fresh, seafood and meat was good. The service is self serve but the staff is good.

I order the shrimp cilantro salad. Pretty average and I had to cut most of it up myself because the lettuce pieces were so big. It felt carelessly made. The chive biscuit was good and saved the meal.
My issue was the waitress repeatedly calling my “hun”. I’m a grown woman and a customer, not someone’s “hun”. Not to mention that she looked quite young and was likely younger than me so it felt very condescending and unprofessional. I barely had the last bite of food in my mouth and was still chewing when she brought over the check and told me to have a nice day. I felt like I was at a cheap diner.
Also, selling a glass of very common wine for more than the bottle retails and expecting regular wine drinkers not to notice was comical. Liquid Light is not high end wine and I’d expect something much finer from Nordstrom for $16 a glass.
