Market Street Pastries is truly a hidden gem. Who knew Blairsville would house something so lovely.

I have yet to try something that I have not enjoyed. This goes for soups, treats, sandwiches. What they’re doing, they do well.

They serve commonplace coffee, which is a huge plus. It’s the perfect size with window seating and cozy options available to sit and visit.

The humans behind the counter are always welcoming, helpful and patient.. which is exactly what indecisive humans with a thousand solid options need.

If you’re nearby, it’s so worth stopping.

Just awesome! I got a breakfast sandwich, maple roll, and latte. The breakfast sandwich was massive and the biscuit was baked perfectly. The maple roll was perfect and the latte was just the right “in-between”. Not overly sweet and not too bland. The prices were actually lower than most bakeries/coffee shops in the area. Anyone who gives this place anything under 5 stars is just looking for opportunities for improvement where they aren’t needed. Stay just how your are!

If I could give more stars,I would! We were here from NC visiting my dad and stopped in to get gobs. They were the best gobs! Anyhow, I called to see if I could order more to take home to NC, but they were going to be closed. Anyhow, Sarah delivered them to our hotel and I am so grateful!

Bakeries and coffee shops are one of life’s greatest joys! Especially finding one in a small town that you’ve never been to!

Market Street Pastries was an absolute delight to visit. The shop is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. My iced coffee was made to perfection and costs me only $3 even with a flavor shot! The woman working was so kind and sweet as well. Next time I venture to Blairsville I will be sure to visit again

Considering the area, this is probably the most pleasant business I’ve visited in Blairsville. They may have not aimed for it, but it does give me a NYC vibe. It’s a nice n cozy little café. I ordered a handful of pastries and still only spent less than $30.

such a cute bakery tucked under a lovely Airbnb that we stayed for the night. got a cappuccino and tea, then a canele and toast with honey and I believe it was mascarpone (I can’t quite remember but it was a very fresh cheese just a bit too much for me so I only ate about half the cheese on the toast). I would say the coffee isn’t the speciality here, it’s the baked goods and the bread. I would come back and spend some time here for sure. it’s so quaint, and I ate the pastries a few hours later and could still taste the freshness.

to respond to the owner – because it seems like you can’t easily reply to a comment on here – my litmus test for coffee shops is often to ask for a cappucino, becuase cappucinos can only be made in one size – equal parts of espresso, steamed and milk froth – so when a coffee shop asks me “small or large” when ordering this, I sort of know their coffee knowledge may be a bit limited. I understand that you all are a bakery not a coffee shop, so it may not be meaningful to invest in that way. however, my rating is reflective of what you all call yourselves, a bakery, so having subpar coffee is not something that would make me not come back. I would just maybe opt for tea instead. I would say if you care to invest more time in coffee, maybe spend a bit more time understanding the sourcing of your coffee, and the methods to make different kinds, because all coffee is not created equally. there sre lots of online companies and platforms to gain more insight here if you don’t already – Sey Coffee and Black and White Coffee are some good starting points. Being able to know where a coffee bean originates from is also important to coffee consumers. again, this is not to sound pretentious or belittling, but I didn’t know much about coffee until a while ago and it truly is it’s own world. a few tips can go a long way, and it had made me respect and understand coffee a bit more.

Super cute. Very quaint and french inspired pastry and coffee shop. The owner was so friendly and kind. I love the ambience. I got the Pain au Chocolat and an iced mocha. Prices were reasonable. I just wish the large coffee option was larger. But I forget this is french inspired, not American! This is a must-stop-by place.
