Decided to walk West Main Street in Saltville today and I was so excited to see all the new shops here in our little town. The flowers are in a beautiful bloom with plenty of sitting and cute photo set ups. The atmosphere for each shop is unique and different. Make sure to step into the ice cream shop and get a hot fudge sundae! Definitely good prices with lovely people running these shops, the Wise Owl is wonderfully stocked with great books of all kinds! So excited to see what else they open up!!

This is such a cute shop with ice cream, coffee, cheese, meat and many other things including toys for children. I tried the horseradish cheese and the cookies and both were excellent with reasonable prices as well. The owner was very nice and welcoming and I would definitely come back if I’m ever in the area again.

My mom and I stopped in today for a milkshake and an ice cream cone. The blueberry cheesecake milkshake is money. The shop is super cute and cozy and the employees were so welcoming and friendly. I look forward to visiting again.

Ice cream isn’t the only thing great about this little store, but it’s number one. Varied selection of dip, high quality ice cream at reasonable prices. Local meats, sausage is wonderful, cookies, cupcakes, muffins are often available. Coffees either bagged or fresh brewed are good. Service has been very nice, polite and professional each time we’re gone. Several visits now and all have just been a pleasure. Glad to have this available. It’s open regularly but I don’t know hours.

We popped in for a quick snack and we pleased to find fresh baked muffins, ice cream, and lots of local products (cheese curds!) to grab and enjoy. Super helpful and friendly proprietor. They are working on an outdoor patio for the upcoming season.
