Calling all Foodies! This place is fantastic. #1: The food is extraordinary. Locally sourced – plus convenient. #2: The owners have kept the atmosphere of a traditional country store, but at the same time, they have elevated the experience. It’s part contemporary gourmet, part culturally regional. #3: If you live in North Oldham, it’s a quick in-and-out for basic food needs (and you don’t have to drive through lights or traffic).

What a blessing this local, family-owned business is. They provide the best quality meats and produce from local farms.
They also have the best selection of pre-made foods (like at a deli). My favorites so far have been the pumpkin roll, and yesterday I had the best sandwich of my life…… it was with brisket, cranberry on sourdough!

Stopped by on Saturday while visiting from WI, what an awesome surprise! Food was AMAZING-best roast beef and swiss I’ve had! Awesome selection of local meet and dairy-we purchased milk, butter, local bison steaks, so many healthy options! Love the market area, too – got some great soap! Atmosphere was fun, enjoyed our lunch on the porch out front. Owner and staff were fantastic! Will absolutely visit again next time in town. Highly recommend!!

Rude and not friendly – I was kind of excited to stop in here – But these folks were unwelcoming and cold. I never got hello. I never got a welcome in. I never got a hello – they never acknowledged me except when I went to the counter to order and still never got a smile or a welcome in. – certainly not what I was expecting for a neighborhood market. Wow, when you spend $25 on a sandwich, a couple of drinks and a bag of chips at lunch thought I might be greeted better really wasn’t a friendly experience at all. I will not be needing to go back here anytime soon.

A wonderful, local business you’ll feel good about supporting. They have a limited number of prepared options (individual pot pies, salads…), fresh produce, and incredible sandwiches. You can build a fantastic picnic lunch from here—we’ve never had a bad meal!
