The server sat us down, took our orders! People after us got their food before us and we didn’t get any chips and salsa while we waited and when I went to the restroom I noticed other tables got some.. I believe it’s because we only ordered pupusas! Honestly I’m not ever going back!

Seems to me that they are always busy but not with a customer. And they always seems to be bothered by our presence when we tell him what we want they don’t know how to answer correctly.

Food is always really good, if you go during lunch time you may have to wait a bit since a lot of people order to go eventhough the place doesn’t seem full

If you don’t speak Spanish you may have some difficulty in communicating. The food is reasonably good and plentiful. It is somewhat high priced for the surroundings, but is still moderate. Staff is very nice. They don’t rush you and it is laid back. Emphasis is on Salvadoran not Mexican. The daily special was 7.99, a good value. Seasoned broiled fish, beans, and rice.

The food is excellent but the staff is very bitter, rude and unapproachable. There is a woman by the name Maricela (that’s what they told me her name was)that is the worse. One time I tried to cheer her up and make her smile by complimenting her, and instead of at least smiling back; she just interrupted me and said: “what can I get for you”. That’s just one of the many other incidents with her pathetic service and bad habit of not even apologizing. Then one time my brother went to eat there with her kids, cause a referred him there; and he also had a very bad experience with Maricela too. Even my niece said that she was rude to her. I don’t know what her problem is but she is horrible, rude, bitter, and definitely suffers from lack of empathy and well manners. She can really ruin your food moment… That, not even mentioning that ironically, they always play religious music (very loud by the way), but they reflect a very evil and negative attitude. The only time I’ve seen them happy was: around a man that was hands playing with them. All the girls were hugging him and calling him papi, while we were waiting for service…
I’ve been wanting to write this review since a while ago, only because I had too many incidents with the waitresses there, and overall: because Maricela did it to my brother too…other wise I wouldn’t even mention anything.

I like coming here! They’re food is always an option for me when I order ahead it taste good and it’s super close by!
Their service is hit or miss depending on the person taking care of you when you dine in, the restaurant is a mom and pop place so it’s expected to have irregularities in my opinion.

They take a long time to make your food and don’t bring it all at once and don’t even tell you that the rest is coming so you’re thinking they forgot the rest until you ask. Food is good though.
