Definitely a place to stop for lunch in Thomasville! While the hours are 10:30-2:30, it starts getting packed by 11 am!

The fried chicken, banana pudding, and veggies are just like you would taste at a family reunion! For $15, you get all you want to eat and drink!!

It was a pleasure to sit down and enjoy the Market Diner. I will most certainly be back the next time Im in town!!

Love Ms. V, thanks for making my first visit worth it. Food is ok, My favorite was the beef stew. Only downside is the options for drinks. Sweet tea, lemonade or water.

I had high hopes when I saw it was right in the farmers’ market, but overall it was pretty average. We paid at the entrance, but nobody explained where to get anything, or even sat us at a table.

We eventually picked a table, wandered around uncertainly after serving ourselves, and flagged down an employee who said a server should have brought drinks and silverware.

The food was not bad, but not great. The veggies were largely pretty tasty, the proteins tended to be dry and overcooked. The general air was weirdly hushed, with no music and little bustle from diners. The waitress did keep our tea topped off after she realized we were there.

Over all, we were glad to eat there when many restaurants were closed for the 4th, but I wouldn’t go back if there was any good alternative.

OMG! They have the best vegetables. I’m not much of a meat eater so this is just the place for me. Every green they had was awesome. I could go in there for just the turnips. My waitress was awesome too. I love this place and go there every visit to Thomasville.

The food was great! It was quite busy but the food was well stocked. Our waitress kept our drinks full. One price for all you can eat and drinks.

Everything was so good! The homemade peach cobbler was my favorite thing on the bar, but that being said everything else I ate was also my favorite lol I danced in my seat with every bite. The worst thing about it is that I don’t live closer, because I’d eat here every week. I’ll be dreaming about it until next time
