My significant other and I stayed in Maple City and visited Market 22 more than a handful of times while we were there. The Reuben Pizza was outstanding with excellent flavor, right amount of ingredients, and very filling! The cheesy bread is outstanding as well. We also visited for breakfast on a Sunday, and wished they had their breakfast served everyday it’s so good! Highly recommend for a quick bite to eat or to sit back and relax while traveling or on vacation. Also the prices were very reasonable compared to other places within the area.

Food was sooo good. We really loved the pizza. But it’s very slow our food took over an hour for lunch. But we loved the pizza and sandwiches and just enjoyed sitting outside. We will order ahead next time

The staff appeared inexperienced, disoriented and mad when customers asked questions about their order status or menu options. We just ordered a wrap, 2 salads and 1 pizza. They took 50 minutes to get it ready, only the wrap came out. When asked they got mad saying we shouldn’t ordered all together( which we did) they had misplaced the items. Anyway. The place is not worth the price or the wait, so many great places in the area that is not worth dealing with this.

Worth the wait! Went to get food after paddle boarding at Lime lake and had to wait a bit to be seated and had a long wait for food but it was worth it! I got the Clevelander that has turkey and ham and bacon and it was delicious! Crunchy, and perfect amount of meat. Our server was so kind and attentive! Thanks!!

This place was surprisingly good. My wife enjoyed their vegi burger and I had the Ruben. The Ruben was the best one I’ve had since a very well known Jewish deli back in DC. My wife loved the vegi burger as well. Do yourself a favor if stopping here and order a side of their jalapeno pineapple cheesy bread sticks and dip it in the hot honey. I don’t even like pineapple on pizza, but stuff is basically crack. Food is so good you don’t notice the inflation prices that we have to pay these days. We considered driving the hour back to eat more. Great food here. Also, I accidentally spilled my pop, something I haven’t done in years. All the staff was pleasant about it. I’ll be coming back when I visit.

We live just down the street and have always enjoyed their pizzas. However, they have the most unfriendly customer service of any restaurant. Several times recently I have stood at the stand to get seated with no acknowledgment or our presence for 5-10 minutes. Generally, we have left and tried another restaurant in the area. But, the last time we were there was the worst customer experience I have ever had. They appear very happy with their tourist business and have no interest in providing an enjoyable customer experience. There are many other restaurants in the area who appreciate your business.

A cozy, local spot dishing up incredible Detroit-style pizzas. Both the Reuben and Greek were phenomenal. We will be back (…probably tomorrow).

TRIED placing a to-go order for lunch today. 1st call, “Katie” answered and said “need to place you on hold for a minute”..which turned into 5+ minutes. We hung up at that point as we assumed they just forgot about us. Called back. Same experience with same person. This time, gave up after 3+ minutes on hold and went somewhere else.
Got the very clear impression from their “we add 15% ‘gratuity’ to all carry out orders” (huh?) disclaimer on the menu that they just don’t want carry-out business.
And to that point..a TIP is for SERVICE. Not to give your workers a higher wage partly paid by the customer with mandatory “tips”. Repeat..a TIP is for SERVICE PROVIDED. What “service” are you providing to put food in a bag and hand it to a person? There is no server greeting the customer, getting them seated, filling their drinks, checking on them to see “is everything good?”, etc.
While I usually make it a personal policy to NEVER frequent a business that adds an “automatic” tip even prior to a customer interacting with them, we were very nearby when I attempted to place our order and it was going on 2:00 and quite late for lunch. So I begrudgingly tried to place the order anyway. But given ANY other viable option in the future, I will NEVER place an order with ANY establishment that treats a TIP for SERVICE as a way to augment what they pay their staff vs what a tip is (old fashioned idea here, I guess) is SUPPOSED to be for – providing good service, AFTER that service is provided. And if the service isn’t good (as this case), a TIP is not earned OR deserved.

Party of 6 for a late lunch in January. We were the only ones dining in so service was prompt and polite. Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. The pizza was very good… not gourmet… and came in a rectangle with 12 slices. Large selection of beer and wine. Small grocery selection available while not giving the feel of a convenience store. Good coffee and other assorted beverages. Would definitely return. Expect to pay about 7 to 8 dollars per person before drinks.

They were slammed for lunch, got to talk with. Regular while I had an afternoon cocktail after a long day if driving. He was there to grab a bite to eat, and the food looked great! I would definitely go back, and would have a meal!
