I just ordered Pad Thai and it can smelling strong and tasting strong of fish. I asked them if it had sea food in it and they Then told me it has fish sauce (whatever that is in it). I then returned the entire meal and told them I can’t eat fish that it does not state anything on the menu about fish being in the Pad Thai. They took the food back and I asked for a refund and I was literally told no because it would cost them money. Who cares that it just cost me money for something that could seriously make me sick. . Isn’t there some kind of law against serving an allergen without displaying it!

They’re open Thanksgiving. Definitely not what we were expecting- this is more a fast food place than a sit down restaurant. We went through the drive through. Food was hot and fresh so we’re pleasantly surprised. Beats Bob Evans or Applebee’s for us. Portions are what you’d expect for less than $10 a meal.

Customer Service =100+ stars but since there is only 5 I give that young girl a 5.
That’s an average of 3.5 stars which has to round to a 4.
So the young girl tonight that is in a pink shirt, longer light brown hair in ponytail and sweet as can be is amazing. She is how customer service used to be and should still be. She warmed both of our hearts with her caring about us as a customer. I don’t know who she is but she deserves recognition in the highest way.
Now the food. It was hot and it was fresh but both meals. Mongolian beef and broccoli chicken with fried rice and two vegetable egg rolls leaves a lot to be desired. The dipping sauce for the egg rolls very good but the egg rolls was very very greasy and those peas was something we’ve never seen in an egg roll and should be left out.
We wanted to really love it but we are not disappointed because we got taken care of by a wonderful employee who made us feel appreciated to spend our money here.

I haven’t been here in years and decided to take my kids after school today. Inside was Clean and Bright. I got the Almond Boneless Chicken and my kids got the Sweet and Sour Chicken, both with sauce on the side. Both came out fast and were good! Kids enjoyed the quick service and fortune cookies were as always right on the money. Definitely recommend if you are in Heath and want something different and fast!

I only ordered spring rolls and egg rolls. The spring rolls were fine, but whatever this thing was, it definitely wasn’t good. It tasted like a poorly microwaved taquito it was runny and tasted like nacho cheese but not in a good way.

Food was burnt!! No flavor to egg roll couldn’t chew meat in fried wonton’s. Sweet & Sour sauce is different. Called restaurant was told to eat at home! Ask for money back they refused!! Will never go back!! Did order from there all the time.

Every other time I’ve been here it’s been good, except the past 2 times which is within 7 months of each other. I was extremely disappointed today with the sweet and sour chicken w/fried rice. The crab Rangoon was good… but the chicken and rice tasted like a microwaved meal that you get at Walmart. I paid $8.25 for the sweet and sour chicken and 50 cents extra for fried rice and the portion size was extremely small, it was about the same size as the microwaveable meals you can get at Walmart for $1.80. I definitely will not be back. I’ll make sure I go to an authentic Chinese restaurant that’s not chain owned next time and family owned. I mixed the sauce to the chicken and rice in the picture but you can see the portion size.

After visiting the arboretum, we stopped here and the food was VERY good! Service was quick and the staff was friendly! A very cute Mom & Pop place. Will definitely stop here again!
