The worst restaurant service and public relations I have EVER experienced!! We entered and took a seat (as per the sign at the front entrance). We were there for over an hour when the waitress who took our order informed us that they were out of the items we had ordered except for some fried chicken. We left without paying for the tea and water ordered, along with a basket of bread delivered 30 minutes earlier!! (While we sat there, others entered and chose tables to sit only to be told they were closed. Their sign says they are open until 8:00 PM. WHY NOT POST A SIGN ON THE DOOR WHEN YOU CLOSE or LOCK THE DOOR!!!
Why make people feel uncomfortable?? I felt bad for those patrons. Run your business like a business before you don’t have one any longer!!
