We typically receive good service at this location during the week, which is why tonight’s experience was especially disappointing. While we understand that weekends can be busier than usual, that does not justify rushing customers or being dismissive.
When placing our order, we specifically requested extra green and red sauce. We also tipped the young lady who initially took our order. When our food was ready, a different employee handed us the bag. To ensure our request had been fulfilled, we asked her directly if the extra sauce was included. She responded “yes,” but did so in a manner that made it clear she was in a hurry and unwilling to engage further.
Trusting her response, we left. Once home, we discovered that our order of 10 tacos included only three small cups of sauce—clearly not what we had requested. We returned to the store and approached the register calmly. Upon seeing us, the employee who handed us the order visibly avoided eye contact and appeared unwilling to address the issue.
When we explained that the extra sauce was not included, instead of assisting us directly, she asked the security guard—who had been polite and professional in previous interactions—to retrieve the sauce for us. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the mistake stemmed from her assurance that the request had been fulfilled.
Overall, the lack of accountability, poor communication, and unprofessional demeanor of this individual significantly impacted what is usually a positive experience for us. Unfortunately, due to how this situation was handled, we will not be returning.

Originally we were going to eat next door (chicago style gyros) but saw that the place was renovated and named differently so we decided to give it a chance. The inside was full so we sat outside, our host was nice she came out within two minutes. I ordered mojarra frita and the hubby ordered aguachiles and tostadas de ceviche de pescado,my child had the nuggets with fries. The horchata water was really good and the pińa water was also very good. We ordered cheese dip,a little spicy but it was good. My mojarra was big,fried to perfection. The aguachiles were not that spicy and really good, the tostadas were also good. Everything was delicious, they had karaoke and theirs security as well. If you’re going to eat outside note that they only have a fan and you will be hot and maybe sweating. Overall we had a very nice dinner and would definitely visit again.

People who say the prices here are reasonable are crazy. Every plate is almost $30 or more. You can visit places like Mariscos Sayulita Nayarit and everything is half price compared to this place and will go as far to say that it’s better (food, service, and atmosphere).
Also, the restroom was the real Mexico experience. They were all missing the toilet seat. If you’ve ever been to México before, you know exactly what I am talking about.

Paid 45 dollars plus a 25 % tip did not eat foods couple next to me, spoke spanish and told me that that had spit on my food and that I should not eat it . We should have cameras and all restaurants. Just be careful where we eat. love life and life will love you back. Happy holiday be careful where you eat.
