Today we had a great first experience with the newly opened Mariscos Vallarta restaurant down near SR 200 and 484.
It replaced a very disappointing Equestrian Grill, which was more miss than hit in my experience.
The carnitas were some of the most tender pork I’ve ever had and the bacon wrapped shrimp was amazing.
Sopapillas are hard to find in this town and there’s are quite good.
Plenty of different salsas in a variety of heat to choose.
The chips could be a bit bigger but were very good.
Excellent service and reasonable prices in one of the most eclectic menus in town here.
We will definitely be back. Again and again.
