It was a special day for us.
We arrived in Stockton after 1 pm. Looking at an online map, we saw that this was about the closest restaurant to the Amtrak South San Joaquin station.
We were there in the middle of the day on a Tuesday. The place was very quiet. Manager checked on us to be sure everything was good. The food arrived promptly, hot and attractive. It was seasoned very well. My friend ordered the Cabeza that he was very pleased with. I had a mixed seafood plate that was very generous. The prices were gross for what we had.
There was also a full bar that we didn’t use. Later in the evening Google Maps said it was very busy. That tells me that the locals know about it and like it.
The next time we go up there, we will try some other places, but I hope to go there again.

I very rarely ever post reviews on google but this place so great I had to, so here we go. Where do I even start! We loved this place! So glad it’s here. I guarantee we’ll be here multiple times a month. Our server went above and beyond to ensure we had nothing but the best experience possible. The chips and salsa was fresh! The fries are seasoned and crispy! All of their plates were DELICIOUS. The shrimps are large and cooked to perfection. The seafood cocktail is the best I’ve had anywhere in Northern California. The tortillas were handmade and top tier. The calamari was seasoned and battered perfectly. The molcAjete was so GOOD that I literally drank the rest of the sauce. The sauce is so unbelievably good; I can’t even explain it. They recently opened to it’s still picking up. But nevertheless it’s quiet and hospitable. Try it! You won’t regret it!

The chips were warm and crunchy, seemed fresh. The salsa was eh. Food was very tasty and portions were generous! The homemade tortillas were delicious. The storefront seems like a hole in the wall but the place is surprisingly spacious. Staff was friendly. I recommend this place!

Was driving back from a festival to SF and decided to stop over for some quick food. Best decision ever. They hands down the best tacos I’ve ever had in my life. Period.

I ate an early dinner and treated myself to a michelada, appetizer and main. Everything was delicious! I bought 16oz of the salsa from the chips and salsa to take home.
I wanted something hot and cold to eat. So I had some wings and shrimp ceviche… yummy!! I can’t wait to go back. The service was impeccable as well.

I took my wife, mother-in-law and her partner to Mariscos Pablo today and we all were blown away by the superb seafood here. My wife ordered Camerones a la Cucaracha and it was Off-The-Hook Delicious. The others ordered Tostadas de Ceviche Pescado and Mariscada that were both remarkable (Delicious!)! My Mojacate was the best! It’s ingredients were cooked to perfection and none of them dried out throughout the duration of our stay (as often happens). And, the sauce was out of this world with subtle flavors of chipotle. I highly recommend Pablo’s Mariscos as it’s still a place where Pablo takes the orders, cooks and is in control!

Food nothing to brag about. Wouldn’t come again. I had Pablo’s special, it lacked flavor. Just tasted salty. My dad got la torre. Poorly assembled fell once it was touched. No shrimp even though it was advertised. Lemon tasted bottled and not fresh. Tostadas definitely were stale.
