Excellent food and service.
Unfortunately I was unable to try the Micheladas this time but definitely will return for one…or two!
Mixed ceveche pictured…Enough for 2
Their social media pricing is deceiving. They have a price rate of “$$” and its should really be labled as “$$$$”. The cheapest item on the menu are their Tacos and they are 2.50 per taco.
The water is not Free… its $1 and bottled, also for every drink you order its charged, unlike most restaurants.
The wait for food took a little longer than it should have… we waited for about 30mins. (Our order consist of 3 Tacos & 1 plate of sushi) not to mention they had forgot one of the taco plates and that added to the wait.
Their cutomer service is vague, when addressed about an issue such as forgetting a plate, their waitress gave us a look as though we were wrong. I firmly belive that little saying the customer is always right. Therefor leaving your restaurant with a top notch customer service review, however this was not the case.
When we finally got served, our food was good but its definitely no El Ricon… $2.50 for a pretty plain taco with just cilantro and purple onions is kinda steep, i will admit their taco did have a fairly decent amount of meat, as you can observe from the image posted below.
I came with a friend and the waitress just assumed we were paying together and it was apperant she didnt think to ask, all together or separate. We got the bill and of course it ended up being together, no biggy I love my friend but im seriously at a loss of words with their customer service.
However, The Mangitomich sushi roll was 100% spot on. It’s very kid friendly and kid approved. It was topped with mengo, pineapple and a sweet sauce. Even my sick child mustered up some energy to take a few rolls and eat.
One other thing I would like to point out is their outrageous price on their Micheladas. They looked good for $10.00, but as yku can view for yourself, was filled with a large quantity of ice.
40 minute Side Note: Right after eating, We all ended up havent to go to the restroom in a rush.
