Chef internacional con una gran pasión y receta secreta para preparar los mas deliciosos y suculentos Sashimis y Ceviches de todo Loreto (No lo cree, venga a probar y comprobar que no es mentira) combinando ingredientes de la cocina ancestral con lo fresco que sale del mar a diario, para ser llevados hasta su paladar, los burritos preparados con ese toque delicioso a hogar y la receta secreta de la abuela 😉 P.D Si pasan antes de las 3pm y no nos encuentran, es porque vendimos todos nuestros deliciosos Ceviches y Sashimis antes de cerrar y pues vámonos a pescar, para mañana volverlos a deleitar.

The best Ceviche & sashimi I have ever had.
Actually the best food I have ever had !
Ivan & his flavours is something else, you haven’t tasted food until you have been here.
We stopped in on the 26th September on the way to mulege & then on the way back we had to stop in again to get containers to eat for days ahead.
Hope you remember us mate, I’m the redhead Aussie & my partner is from mexico.
I wish I could recreate this food !

Just serving ceviche next to beach! There are different kinds! I would recommend to try more than one 🙂
Ivan is very kind and prepares the ceviche together with his family! A real family business!

Best ceviche I have had in all my life! I even drank the juice afterwards. Got to chat with Iván a bit. He was a chef for 20 years and had a dream to create this ceviche stand by the beach. It shows! The carefully procured flavors he adds in front of you one by one as he explains what they are truly create the most delectable ceviche imaginable.
You must try this when you are there! I had read reviews but we didn’t have time til our way out of town to stop by. Sooooo glad we did! Thank you Mariscos Iván!!! Hope to see you again soon

I never expected eating ceviche at 10am would be my thing but the taste of the ceviche, salsas, and sauces were excellent. Take advantage of Ivan’s knowledge of the people of Loreto to ask for recommendations on legit food in town. The ratings for this food are merited. Apparently, they also sell breakfast burritos in the morning but they had sold out already when we arrived.

We tried the ceviche and it was good. When we paid we felt a little bit cheated because the lady ordered the same thing plus another tub of what appeared to be salsa. Yet she paid 250 and we were asked to pay 300. Maybe that’s why he didn’t list the prices.

Delicious food and a great man! I’d recommend the shrimp ceviche but everything is so good. The drinks are also really fresh and not too sweet!
