I come to this place all the time with my family and I always order a lot of food. This is my favorite place to come to however, today I placed a really big order of food on my order was shitty. There was no ice in my oysters. My food came without sauce just horrible to pay a lot of money for food you’re not satisfied with the customer service from the lady that I got at the counter was horrific. I’ve never gotten treated the way I have let alone for an order that you guys made incorrect. Horrible experience horrible service today. You guys need to fix the customer service and do better with to go orders. People pay a lot of money for seafood and it’s horrible to see that we are unsatisfied with the food but also you guys put no sauce on the side or anything for the price we’re paying truly awful. The audacity to have someone tell me how I need to eat my food, especially when I get the same thing most of the time.

My wife absolutely loves seafood, me, myself am not the biggest fan. I love this spot because she can enjoy her seafood while I can order something else off the menu. Today she ordered the cocktail with shrimp, octopus, and oysters, she was so happy. I was so pleased with my chicken flautas and we got a side of calamari the presentation and the taste was just perfect with all of it. The waitress is always a sweetheart to my wife and I.

We recently visited your establishment to celebrate my sister-in-law’s birthday, a location recommended by several friends and family members, one of whom accompanied us. While certain dishes met our expectations, we were notably dissatisfied with several others. Our party of 12 incurred a bill exceeding $800, which we found substantial given the quantity of food provided, especially considering the automatic 20% gratuity. Furthermore, we were surprised by the subsequent request for an additional 18%-24% gratuity. We also observed a 4% credit card surcharge, despite our intention to pay in cash. We find these practices concerning and believe they may lead to customer dissatisfaction. As business owners, we understand the effort involved in operating a successful enterprise, however, we believe that prioritizing customer value and transparency is crucial for long-term sustainability and client retention.

Man this place is a 10 out of 10. I’m going to be honest I’m not a big mariscos fan so when I first tried it I was a little hesitant because I’ve always been a steak guy man me and my brothers came and it is honestly the best mariscos I’ve ever had I tried half of the menu and let me tell you you it didn’t disappoint. This is now my go to place for mariscos!
Service was amazing too Liz & Kelly are wonderful they made sure to make me feel just like home making sure to treat me and family well.

Mariscos El Puerto is our annual tradition
Every year, my friends and I make it a point to visit Puerto—and every time, they take great care of us. Even though they don’t take reservations, we always call ahead to let them know we’re coming with a big group, and somehow, they always manage to save us a table.
Sometimes it’s packed when we arrive, but even then, we’ve never waited more than 15–20 minutes. The staff always tries their best, and you can tell they’re working hard—even when it gets hectic.
The food? Always on point. I stick to my favorites: the ceviche tostada and the whole fried tilapia—both are super fresh and flavorful. One of my friends always orders the pineapple filled with seafood and rice. It’s a whole show when it hits the table, and according to him, it tastes as good as it looks.
If you’re looking for a low-key, off-the-strip spot with authentic Mexican seafood, I highly recommend el puerto . It’s a hidden gem worth coming back to—year after year. ️

Delicious Seafood, the Aguacatera tostada is a must try! Also try the Shrimp Culichi plate it’s soooo good!Monday-Friday $1 beers! Amazing place, I eat here at least once a week!
