My ceviche was so raw it was black! I told the waitress that it was raw and she looked at me like I was crazy and said that they don’t cook there shrimp ceviche in lemon for hours! My friend ordered the same thing and hers was cooked in lime! She tried to fix it with giving me some boiled shrimp ceviche that by the way was overly boiled felt like gum. I still paid for my food even though all of this! I will never ever go here again and would never recommend it to my worst enemy !

We had an amazing experience at Mariscos El Diamante in Las Vegas! The service was top-notch—friendly, fast, and attentive. The food was even better. We tried a variety of items from the menu, and everything was fresh and flavorful. Our absolute favorite was the camarón al mojo de ajo—perfectly cooked shrimp with rich garlic flavor that we’re still thinking about. The only thing we wish was better was the A/C, especially on a hot day. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend this spot if you’re in the area!

Decided to go here with my husband and baby, it was lively even during a rainstorm.
The micheladas were amazing, the food was great (big enough portions to take some home).
They even had a three man band who went around to tables taking requests (you do have to pay them. Cash, Zelle, cashapp)
We both ate and had a total of 4 beers under 100$ with a song request included. Vibes are worth it 🙂

Food was great, service was good. We went during a time a grupo went and played music to those who paid. Couple other people went to sell their merchandise.
Price was decent

They open at 10:00 and we arrived at a little after 10:30. There was a couple of other people there but they finished and left soon after we arrived, then we were the only customers. The waitress was very nice and helpful explaining the menu, as most everything is in Spanish. This is a seafood restaurant, so the majority of items are shrimp, but they do have chicken and beef. We had the fajitas, which come sizzling hot on a cast iron-wood platter with tortillas, white beans, and rice. We had chicken and beef. I didn’t like the sauce on the beef, but the chicken was pretty good. Be fair warned. Our total for 3, with 2 chicken and 1 beef fajitas and 3 sodas with tax was $61+… Not including tip. There is also a covered outside seating area. The food was good and there was a lot for me and I had leftovers but hubby and his brother were just barely able to finish theirs and they are big eaters, those pencil skinny guys that can eat anything. I’m not much of a seafood fan, but since this is so close we may end up eating here often.

If you want authentic seafood you MUST TRY! This place delivered some of the most amazing food with the best spices I’ve tasted in a long time.
They bring out tostadas and salsa to begin
We had crab legs which come split in half which makes an easy eat! The garlic crab legs were scrumptious and perfect amount for 1 or 2 with a green salsa
The green salsa was everything. I took it home just because it was that good and spicy!
The fish was beautifully cooked and fresh
The flavors were deeply embedded. It comes with beans and rice that have vegetables inside I felt like I was on the beach in Mexico, this will easily feed two-3 people!

Don’t order the molcajetes ! They are very greasy and cause heartburn also very pricey half of it is grease. The service is good though as well as the atmosphere.

I’ve always driven past this hidden gem saying one day I’ll stop in. I wish I had stopped sooner! The atmosphere is clean, friendly, and fun. The food is fresh, BIG and delicious & thriving staff is very polite and well educated on the menu and can answer all your questions if you aren’t sure like me on what it is you want to eat. The live music is the cherry on top of this already amazing experience!

Food was amazing. Waitress was very professional , fresh seafood. Portion where just a little overwhelmed. But very good. The only bad thing is the live trio music. They don’t sound good and just too loud.

I’ve been a loyal fan of Mariscos El Diamante for years, and it’s become my go-to spot not just for myself, but for impressing out-of-state guests whenever they visit Las Vegas. Most of them end up coming back—it’s that good.
The food is delicious, with generous portions that never disappoint. My personal favorite is the Tacos de la Sierra and Tostada Extrema and Coctel Vuelve a la Vida.
One of the things I love most is the atmosphere. They have live music that sets the mood just right—not too loud, so you can actually enjoy your meal, chat with friends and family. Highly recommend!
