The service was good very attentive and friendly/Helpful so I dont like leaving reviews if is not 5 stars but I also dont want any of yall to fell for this place is ok at a good location is just the my cocktail was very plain on flavor I guess they care on how it looks for pictures but not the flavor all the shrimp and scallops(extra scallops cause they ran out of octopus) was all the way at the bottom of the mug you have to really dig thru cucumber and jalapeños and onion just to get some shrimp. The complimentary pico with cocktail sauce was tastier then the actual shrimp cocktail also the clamatos look ridiculous with no flavor either too expensive for what it is tbh but they do have a big variety of options on the menu from steak to chips. ***Also they do not sale alcohol*** so why even sale clamatos and micheladas with no flavor.

Such fresh ingredients! I had the tostada mixta with scallops, shrimp and octopus. So delicious. Chips and salsa, salsa was so good!!
Guac was fresh and not too salty. The spice level was actually good and spicy, finally!
The non alcohol drinks were also so good, so nice to see options with sparkling water.

Huge servings of delicious foods. Friendly service, and comfortable seating! Ms. Paola was pleasant, professional, courteous, and with a super sweet smiling face! Had a great time !

Delicious seafood, authentic New Mexico cuisine & atmosphere, friendly staff! What a great find – a charming restaurant right on US 62 heading north into the main part of Carlsbad. I had ceviche – asked for mixto of fish, shrimp & crab, which wasn’t on the menu, but no hay problemo. My wife had fish tacos and loved them. Both came with a nice cup of fish broth soup. The unsweetened tea in big mason jars was a hoot. No alcohol service; not sure if they are applying for a license. Only regret is that we weren’t hungry enough to try any of the seafood boils or other great dishes. Very reasonable prices, especially considering the quality. Definitely would return if I come to Carlsbad again!
