Have been watching this place on social media and was in the neighborhood and finally had the opportunity to try. They were a little busy. Once I placed my order of mango habenaro tostada shrimp ceviche and the regular toastie shrimp ceviche. It took about 2 minutes i was surprised they had the electronic number buzzer when placing orders. Staff were super nice and when my order was ready they repeated to confirm. It was fairly priced at $23. It was super fresh. I was disappointed in the heat. There was nothing for heat, but the overall taste was food. The salsa Verde toasties definitely were a game changer but still did not provide the heat I was looking for. It was pretty filling and refreshing during these summer lunches. It’s much better than expected from a mobile truck, similar to a sit-down restaurant. I would go back and eat this again just not out of my way.

Mariacos de Lalo is the only shrimp , I want in my mouth. Very fresh and friendly. It takes me about 1 hour to get to get to Mariacos de Lalo. To help with the wait time, I DM on Instagram my order so when I arrive. I just pick up and pay.

I’m not a mariscos guy but my coworker was gonna stop by and get agua chile, I pretty much told him just get me tacos. I never seen the menu. I was pretty scared and I’ve seen bros videos on Instagram and I liked his aura.
Furthermore, he got me the shrimp tacos! I paid like $16 I believe.. MAN!!! that was sooooooo good.
I wasn’t disappointed. The coleslaw delicious, the rice delicious and the tacos were big and delicious.

Really good food, fast service and tables under a shade for seating if you want to eat here. If you want food a little extra spicy just ask and they’ll make it happen. 100% recommend it.
