We love this place for so many reasons. Delicious food! The whole snapper is fantastic! Friendliest staff, inexpensive beers and margaritas, great music all adds up to a wonderful festive atmosphere and an always amazing meal.

I came to the plaza for the 1st time to try the Peruvian Restaurant which was closed. By pure accident I found this place and was surprised to see it almost full. As it looks pretty deserted outside. The smell was delicious, soft Mexican music playing (looks like the have live music too…), the sangria was not bad. I ordered a Mariscada Azteca with white rice and was pleasantly surprised. Service was quick and cordial. Recommend to those in the area. I am sure I will be back to try the enticing items in the large menu.

My family and I with a few friends of a total of (17 people) decided to go eat at this place on 6-16-2023 after our sons soccer game because the reviews on this restaurant were good. We got there and there was maybe one person in the restaurant. The sat us in 3 different tables because of the size of our parry which was fine with us. We sat our kids in one and the rest of the adults in another one. We order our drinks and the our food which the food was good. It had good taste and portions were good service was horrible we ran out of drinks several times and no one will come to refill us . But the problem started when people started coming in and thru wanted us to leave by cleaning our table when we were still had people eating. Then a personal of the restaurant came to our kids table and told our kids to keep eating but in a very rude way. That’s when I got up and told the lady that our kids were still eating and she proceeded to tell me that they were not eating that they were just playing. She also told me that they needed the table because they had people waiting outside when we were still eating.

If I could give it zero stars I would. My mom ordered a soup that tasted like flavorless water, was not good at all. When we gave it back, practically untouched, we were told that we still had to pay for it because “the cook tried it and he said it tasted fine”. I’ve worked at multiple restaurants in all sorts of positions, kitchen included, and I’ve never heard of such a thing. Just because the cook says it tastes fine, everyone else has to like it and eat it?

This is the kind of Mexican restaurant I love. The dishes are simple, yet full of depth. I went on a seafood tour, with calamari, octopus, shrimp, and grouper in four different preparations. Everything was excellent, and tasted distinctly different. The meal would have been better dining in, as the delicate seafood continues to cook in the take out containers.

Great food and service. I love trying out different places, and this is certainly different. Lots of menu items I’ve never heard of. It’s impossible to try them all, but what I did I enjoyed greatly. Family owned restaurant which brings a great atmosphere to enjoy dinner at. Would highly recommend.
