Amazing experience! I ordered the Mix Fajita plate and it was delicious—fresh shrimp, tender beef, juicy chicken, and perfectly cooked veggies, all sizzling with great flavor. My drink, a soda water with lime and salt on the rim, was the perfect refreshing touch. Great service, generous portions, and one of the best mariscos spots in Longmont!

Food was very mid- ceviche tasted old and vegetables looked old. I ordered a plate that was claimed as the specialty was 40$ plate. It was just clams and muscles. Supposed to have shrimp and crab. The atmosphere is cool and I was hopeful that it would be a cool place to grab some mariscos. But it’s hard to catch a buzz when you gotta flag someone down for a beer. I don’t review often but honestly feel like I got burned.

Mexican seafood galore, and it was pretty good overall! The flavors were enjoyable, with a nice blend of spices and fresh ingredients. We had an amazing Sunday lunch! We didn’t take photos because I was not expecting to leave a review but felt compelled from the experience. I had enchiladas and Ronda had some type of shrimp in creme sauce and Shirley had coconut shrimp. Mariachi came at 3 and entertained us even singing happy birthday to Shirley who is celebrating her 90th! A piece of cheesecake was complimentary as well. We will return! Thank you very much!

From the beginning it was bad. We walked up and waited for about a minute (completely empty) & a lady came up to us & asked “Can I help you” which kinda threw us off but whatever. From the time we sat down and got started with drinks took about 20 minutes. Food took another 35-40 minutes. The food was OK. Our bill was over $200 so I expected waaayyy better food and costumer service. It was hard to get attention from our server . And it wasn’t even packed . Took about 30 minutes to get our check. Let’s not talk about the bathrooms. No hand towels no soap??!! Makes you think if the employees are even washing their hands!!! Disgusting SMH I wouldn’t go back.

Went on Saturday afternoon and was quite pleased by our experience. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The seafood was very fresh. The interior is deceptively large and well-appointed with authentic music playing. You wouldn’t know from the outside that it could be such a large space. We were told there would be a mariachi band followed by another band on Sunday. The upstairs bar was not open, but we’re looking forward to going back again soon to see it in its glory and experience the live music. Congratulations to the owners and team, we wish you much success! Thank you for bringing Coastal Mexico to Longmont. ❤️

I went there with my family for opening weekend. Hands down the best sushi I have ever eaten. I also got the cheesecake for dessert (which was made from scratch). Overall a very good experience as well as the music and service. Most definitely going to be bringing my family there again!
