Very delicious food. Amazing value. Most tacos are about $3.25. The three types of tamales were so good. First time I had a mole chicken tamal. Absolutely amazing. $2.99 each. You can have an authentic Mexican meal for less than $15. The mole chicken burrito that my wife had, was also very unique. We will be back.

Coming from a person who lived in a predominant Latino area, this place is really good! The service was great! Definitely family owned! The food is really good, pretty authentic. My only complaint is the salsas could be spicier but I just ordered a side of grilled jalapeños to help. The food came out HOT. Definitely will be back! For a popular, some, jarrito, and grilled jalapeño, it was only $16! Can’t beat it!

Small family-owned Mexican restaurant. Food was delicious. Tried ground beef tostada, veggie burrito, and pupusas. Tostada perfect with a large quantity of meat. Burrito was huge, and toasted on the grill. Had to take home half (so full!). Pupusas were made to order. I had steak, loroco, and bean. All with cheese. Best I’ve ever had. And the curdito was top notch. Had a cup of atole, and it was delicious. It even had corn kernels in it! Sweet and cinnamon, thick and smooth. Our new go-to for delicious Mexican food. (Sorry no pics, we inhaled it before we remembered to snap pics!)

This place captures exactly what authentic Mexican food tastes like. It was the best burrito I have ever had! Definitely coming back. Super cozy environment and the staff was nothing but attentive during peak hours. They provided my food quickly and they were all very nice. HIGHLY recommend

My wife and I went out for a Sunday drive and we need a place for lunch. We stopped for lunch an Mari’s and we were thrilled with our choice. Our server was friendly and welcoming and the food we had here was outstanding. We sat down and they bring out warm Chips and the Salsa was mild. We ordered some Guacamole which was tasty and fresh.
For our main course, my wife had the Casa Birria and I opted for the Chicken Pasole. The Casa Birria were loaded with tender beef and cheese inside a crispy casadilla and it came with a cup of dipping sauce…highly recommended! The Chicken Pasole was loaded with Chicken and a harty broth and 2 bean tostada’s.
All the food was exceptional and the prices were very reasonable, so we will be returning with the rest of our family to try out their offerings!

First visit here even though we are locals. It’s a small restaurant and seating was a little tight for us against the window but overall it worked out ok. The food itself was fantastic! My wife had the cheese enchilada dinner and I had four steak tacos. We shared a Nachos Carchados which was also great! Beverage refills were slow in coming on two occasions but otherwise service was good. The bottled Salsa Verde and Salsa Roja at our table lacked flavor and were very different than any I’ve had elsewhere. Not comparatively authentic in my experience. Overall we really enjoyed the food and will definitely return for another meal!

My husband and I were the last customers of the night. We didn’t feel rushed at all and the waiter was very speedy and attentive. I ordered 3 pupusas and he gave me the first two hot off the griddle. Then with the third, gave us a free dessert! Everything was very clean and the movie Hacksaw Ridge was playing, good entertainment. Yummy food, can’t wait to come back and try something else on the menu

Pupusas are delicious! We had different types and they were all really good. I also had a tongue taco and that was yummy My husband liked his horchata and you can’t beat the prices. I highly recommend. We want to go back to try many other items on the menu.

Not going to lie, and say the food was excellent. I’ve had better. I only went there because it was the nearest Mexican restaurant, and once I’m craving something I gotta have it right away. (Chihuahua)
Update
Mari’s Restaurant is decent, but nothing to write home about. It’s your average Mexican spot – the food is okay, but not particularly memorable. I’d give it a solid 3 stars for consistency and fair prices. It’s a good option if you’re in the area and craving Mexican, but don’t expect anything mind-blowing.
