Interior is super cute in Shinjuku theme. The service is very kind and attentive. Most of the servers speak English quite well which is helpful. The food is amazing! We had the veggie crokette bento and curry udon and both were very rich in flavour and good portion sizes for their price. I was especially impressed by the vegetable side dishes! Make sure to leave space for desert as their cakes are really good too!! Will definitely go here again when back in Vienna 🙂

I have been dreaming of the cold somen since I had it for the first time with a friend this summer.
The food is fresh, tasty and fairly priced. The service is also really good!

Everything on the menu is a burst of flavor! We tried the cold somen noodles and they were amazing. Packed with flavour! Perfect for summer and we cannot wait to have them again. Their bentos are authentic and delicious. If you love Japanese food, this place and their other location on Neustiftgasse are the best Japanese restaurants in Vienna. So stop by!

5/5 in all categories. The food was amazing. So authentic and so delicious. The interior was extremely well thought out and the whole spaces was truly beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful. They helped us with charging our phone.

In terms of food we ordered japanese tapas as a starter which was so tasty. For mains a flounder with sides. The fish was so well seasoned and so delicate. A masterpiece. We also got onigiri, which were very good. The matcha as well was very tasty and served in a bowl which added to the charm of the lunch. For dessert we had dango, it was good but for me personally too warm which made it too mushy and sticky, but that is my personal opinion.

The unagi was just fantastic, both the eel and the glaze prepared and presented perfectly. To add more Japanese touch, it was served as a set meal with miso soup and a couple of side dishes, all of them excellent.

I went for lunch during the week, and it wasn’t that crowded. There were many options for reasonable prices. I had a warm upon soup with tofu, tempura shrimps, onigiri with seaweed, and a strawberry mochi. I was happy with all of the dishes. The others had sushi and sashimi, one liked their food and the other not so much.
The place is also filled with Japanese art, which I think makes the ambience quite special.

This is literally the BEST Japanese restaurant in Europe!! The most authentic one I have ever tried in Europe!

Everything is just like Japan, and they have cubes with curtains for eating, which is too cute. People are very professional, efficient and also friendly here with English speakers.

The udon is with perfect texture and flavor, also matcha latte. Most matcha I tried in Europe is nothing but green tea powder, but this one is totally the real one.

I highly recommend everything here!

First of all, staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. They try their best to help and make you feel cared for.

Food wise, you can expect authentic Japanese cuisine. All dishes had nice touch to them or some special details that made the visit an exciting culinary adventure.

Last but not least, the food was on our table in no time.
