Honestly, I don’t think I’ve had pizza like this since living on the East Coast. I know he’s just starting out, but I think he has the best pizza in Colorado.. hands down. He’s also super kind and made me garlic and cinnamon knots on the house. I have a 15 minute drive home and I’d have to say that half the food made it back…it was that good.

This hole in the wall spot was pretty good with fast friendly service. They’ll let you know before hand how long a slice a will take if not ready, same with a whole pie. Stopped in on a Saturday night while walking around downtown. It is inside a bar in the rear, so have your ID with you and no outside food/drink. Ordered a pepperoni slice and a marg slice and would definitely order them again. Will be back to taste some of their other offerings!

We met Mitchell on Saturday and he was the sweetest!! Get the Grammas pizza its a garlic square crust and I 10/10 recommend. this place is hidden in the back of gaslamp bar and is open late and literally came in so clutch at the end of the night. The cinnamon garlic knots were also lovely !
