Decent pizza with classic local flavor. Quick pick-up, but dine-in can be stuffy and service varies. Best to order ahead. Great for a casual bite, but quality depends on timing and staff. Still a reliable spot for a fast, cheesy fix.

Okay so I am a Mario’s baby, from birth to now…so trust me when I say yesterday 11/08/2025, I wanted to go behind the cou ter and help the staff in the San Juan branch, the cashier was cashing, serving and trying to keep a smile, the managers were assisting in making pizzas. I felt proud that under the stress everyone was attended to. I asked the online order cashier if they were hiring . It’s sad that youths can’t handle a fast pace environment when that’s where the learning takes palce. Even through I had to wait 1hr and 20 minutes for my pizza ..the customer service was worth it

Visited the branch at approximately 9/half 9 tonight. The cashier have exceptional service. The place was very busy and she still was kind, helpful and courteous. My boyfriend and I didn’t mind the wait a bit because of the way we were greeted. Kudos to her. Did not get her name. My order # was 440..

I bought two family sized pizza it was dry like the desert it lacked cheese and the toppings were poor quality. I will have to stop purchasing those hard bake and cheese you all calling pizza. Very poor and declining quality of food. I am very upset and annoyed.
