Great service and amazing food! The pizza and salads are delicious, and everything about this restaurant is first class. Any issue you might have is easy to address and quickly fixed. This is hands down the best pizza you’re going to get outside of NYC..

I was about to place an order with this place since I’ve never tried them. I live locally once going through their menu online. I was shocked to see and I’m trying to figure out how they can charge $10.40 for an order of french fries. When you can go to Chick-fil-A and get fresh cut literally french fries a large fry for $4.25 just shocking the price along with other items on their menu like I’m missing something are these magic french fries maybe God cut these french fries buy hand maybe that’s why they’re so expensive. Oh well.I never ended up placing an order so I can’t rate the food

I’ve never dealt with a more unprofessional experience from a pizza place in my life. I placed a Super Bowl Sunday order, showed up, and their own employee failed to ring me up before handing the food to my buddy. That’s on them, not me.

Instead of owning the mistake, the owner decided to act like a tough guy — threatening to call the cops and talking about releasing video of my friend picking up the order, as if that somehow proves anything other than his staff not doing their job. The attitude was unbelievable. Instead of apologizing or fixing the situation, he doubled down and tried to blame the customer for his team’s screw-up.

If this is how the place is run, it explains a lot. I won’t be ordering from here again, and I’d warn anyone else to think twice before dealing with this level of chaos and disrespect. 17 missed call from the owner. My spam blocker started blocking his calls for excessive calling which my kid watched cartoons on my phone. He just kept calling me. When I finally called him back he acted all nice and professional. Nice reply you’re clueless Mr Angelo.

Im not sure if I’m ever going to this restaurant again. I placed an order for delivery, and waited almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. I only live the next town over, and of course by the time the food came, it was cold.
Also they don’t know how to take an order. 2 previous times I ordered a plain sub, and just wanted the roast beef, and stressed it. I got the order and both times, it had everything on it. I think they need to do a better job of listening.
**Update,** I gave them one more chance, and once again HIGELY disappointed!! Why does it ALWAYS take OVER an hour for them to deliver when other restaurants can deliver in around 30 minutes??
NEVER ordering from this place again!!!

Stopped in for a quick grab and go. It had a old Brooklyn feel to it. I ordered three slices. The grandma, margarita, and pepperoni. The size of the slices was overwhelming in the best way. The flavor was average. I give most of the stars to the grandma slice. It was robust and flavorful. The margarita slice was a disaster, the crust was a soggy mess it was impossible to pick up, everything was sliding and falling apart . It was awful. The basil tasted burnt. The pepperoni slice was average. Overall, this place is okay for what it is. The prices are crazy I paid $17 for three slices and one drink. Would not recommend would not return.

First timer . Was in Paramus area and wanted to have a quick bite . Found this pizza place .. parking is a bit crazy in this area. It’s tough to get a parking next to these shops . Luckily I got one very close to this pizza place ..

Service was good . Nice and quick . I don’t eat meat and there weren’t much options for veggie lovers. I hope they had eggplant parm pizza .. they had some mushroom pizza and it was ok. Mushroom was a bit dry.. plain pizza was good .. 2 slices pizza with a Gatorade costed about 14$ ! Slightly expensive . Overall it was good

Normal pizzeria. Girls that take order over the phone always get it wrong. Better to order in store. Pizza very good. The sandwiches are great. Need more meat in the subs.

As a person who lives in Maywood and eats here quite regularly, I am now done with this place and extremely disappointed. Let me be fair in my review. Their Pizza and food can and should be good to very good….. But they consistently let me down. When I go there for lunch and order pizza I need to tell the counter staff multiple times to not leave slices in too long but with out fail they take the order then forget to pull the pizza from the oven…. So I stopped going for lunch….
The final touch, was ordering dinner on 8/2525 slightly after 8 PM. I ordered a cheese steak sandwich with light onions and mozzarella sticks and was told 10-15 min. I arrived 10 minutes later fully expecting to wait a bit and paid at the counter then took a phone call to pass the time. After an additional 15 minutes I approached the counter and was told 5 more minutes. OK, I was fine still at this point. Then the sandwich comes out and they forgot to make the mozzarella sticks. OK, I worked all day and wanted to get home to eat so I then complained stating that mozz sticks take 3 minutes they should have been done with order. I told the counter person to forget the mozz sticks and was promptly refunded…. All was forgiven and although slightly disappointed chalked it up to it was getting late and they made a mistake. I arrived home and found that the steak sandwich was cooked perfect but they put heavy onions and the onions were cold and par cooked. I assume that the cook forgot and added them at the very end. I called Mario’s and at this point was angry…. The person who answered the phone (who I explained to who I was regarding earlier mistake) argued that the sandwich was fine and had light onions and they were definitely cooked because they cook them way in advance…. I responded with ok, I’ll speak to owner in the morning. Taken by anger, I drove back to Mario’s after 9 PM to complain to the counter clerk. I brought the many cold par cooked onions that I had to pick off the “lightly fully cooked onion cheesesteak”. I asked to speak to the gentlemen that answered the phone but was told that he left. Then another gentleman pulled $12 out of the drawer and flung it on the counter and told me don’t eat there anymore. FINE BY ME!!! Shame of it is, the owner is a hard working nice man that would have never allowed this….. I am a local, regular customer that has had too many bad experiences at this place!
