Extremely satisfied with the the taste of each individual plate we’ve ordered. I’ve came on various occasions and have never been displeased with anything. From staff making you feel right at home to having such a clean environment. It’s quiet pleasing to the eye to see where your food is coming from and being served.

I enjoy dining at the Mario’s Early Toast (MET) in Folsom. So when I heard that they opened a new location in El Dorado Hills, I went to check it out. But unfortunately they sat us at the booth in front of the open kitchen counter where the servers pick up the food orders. With a full house of customers, it was so LOUD. I couldn’t hear the person across the table from me. I could however hear the kitchen staffs order/conversations, the clanging of kitchenware, the servers shouting to the kitchen staff and vice versa, and the servers conversations amongst themselves. And add the noise from the adjoining booths conversations… yikes it was noisy. Since it was a full house, there were no other available tables without waiting again. So we stuck it out. But by golly, they need to reconsider seating folks at that table. Or at least warn them. I would have been fine to skip that table and wait a bit longer for another.
I ordered my favorite MET “dessert-ish” breakfast, the Maui french toast. It was delicious. Caramelized bananas, chopped nuts, shredded coconut and drizzled caramel sauce over vanilla battered French toast. But by the time I got my food, I had a massive headache from all the loud noises and not feeling it to enjoy my meal. Hubs ordered a cheeseburger and asked for it to be well done. The patty wasn’t cooked well though, it came out pinkish. Considering this location is new, I’m sure the kitchen crew will find its groove. Our server, Antonio, was top notch.

We had an amazing experience at Mario’s Early Toast, where the food was simply outstanding! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a brunch outing. Our server, Margarita, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure our needs were met throughout our meal. I highly recommend trying their Chile Verde. They also have a wide variety of Gluten free options.
Overall, it was a five-star visit, and I can’t wait to return for more delightful dishes and excellent service!

Mario’s Early Toast is far and away one of the best breakfast/brunch places in the Sacramento area. The food and selection is top notch. They have several locations, of which I have personally been to three and they are all incredibly modern, clean and at the top of there game.
I had a veggie omelet with house potatoes and a protein pancake. The pancake had 40 grams of protein and tasted incredible. I was thoroughly impressed.

Desi is the guy . He put up with my girlfriend’s attitude as it’s her 46th birthday and she ordered numerous mimosas ♀️.
The drinks were fabulous, we had the “French Kiss”, the “Cinderella” and the “Hawaii” she wasn’t thrilled with the Hawaii so she ordered the “French Kiss” again.
Food was amazing as always, ordered the Viscontis avocado toast…..lol I saw it’s named after Frank Visconti, which is another amazing restaurant I frequent
Also had the HUGE protein pancake but added chocolate chips because why not ♀️ and “protein style” like Jason Salinas who trains an old friend of mine
Great birthday get together and thanks again Desi for putting up with my girlfriends birthday attitude

DON’T SAY THAT YOU HAVE REAL HOLLANDAISE IF YOU DON’T. I ordered eggs benedict. The “Hollandaise” was NOT traditional. It was a thick, goopey pile of yuck. I ate it & started to get sick before we left. I was sick as a dog for hours.
I wrote to them & asked WTH was in that goop. NO ONE ever answered my email. Gee, thanks guys!
Mario’s menu boasts about “gluten free” & “healthy” options. They really “Dropped the ball” this time. I won’t be back. EVER.

A great experience from start to finish. Very friendly staff who were courteous and helpful. The menu is robust with so many fun options. The French toast and salmon benedict was delicious. We enjoyed our time there and will be back soon.
