We stopped on the way to the airport.
We were served by Christy who was patient & attentive for the 9 of us!
I had egg, steak, hash browns with a coffee.
Some others had the skittlers & others had pancakes, all good portions & very tasty which set us up for a long day travelling.

Everytime I’m in without fail I get a masterpiece of breakfast. Strongly recommend recommend the country burrito smothered in country gravy. However Little Cub provides a much better view for breakfast but the dining area is nice too iffin you don’t want to eat yer breakfast in 45 degree weather

Three did was excellent and the service was just as good. I was double charged due to a glitch with the Toast app, which is no one’s fault really, but can be a headache to deal with but the owner Scott took it seriously and spent hours of his own time getting it sorted out so that I could get the refund on the second charge. Honest people and honest food, what more could you ask for?

PS the pancakes are massive and delicious!

I have to give it a C+ Review. They are known for their Cinnamon Rolls and upon arrival we asked about them and the girl said they had 1 left. I asked her to go back secure it for me. After sitting us she assured me it was saved. I again asked her about the Cinnamon Roll and again she told me she saved it. Only after bringing out breakfast did she disclose that someone else got it! Breakfast was good, but she was forgetful! One of our friends didn’t get her Eggs Either. Disappointed since we travelled a good distance!

Located right off the I-70 exit in Idaho Springs, Marion’s on the Rockies is super convenient if you’re passing through. We stopped by for brunch and while the atmosphere is warm and inviting, there was a noticeable delay in both taking our order and receiving our food.

We ordered the Chicken Fritta Skillet and a Jalapeno Burger. Both dishes were tasty and satisfying, though the onion fries on the side didn’t taste as fresh as I expected. The food itself was definitely good, but if you’re in a rush, this might not be the best stop due to the slower service.

Overall, if you’re not in a hurry and are looking for a solid meal in a cozy environment, this place is a great option!

Pork green chili for breakfast? Yes please. Had it over my huevos rancheros – which were delicious! My husband (who’s not a breakfast person) commented that the meat n eggs from the “classics from the hen” section were simple but also delicious. It’s all homemade goodness – the pork green chili smothered on top of it all did it for me!
Next time will try the giant homemade cinnamon roll.

Found this place on Google while passing through from Winter Park to Denver. Needed breakfast and decided to try it. Customer service was great, friendly and offered suggestions on what to eat and things to do in the area. I ordered sweet tea with 2 pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage. The 2 pancakes were huge. It was all really food.

Whenever I am with my family up in the area this is our go to place for all things breakfast and lunch! Fantastic food that reminds you why eating out can be such a joy! Real down to earth, friendly staff, just go in there looking to unwind for a moment and remember what it’s like to be transported to simpler times through the power of the home cooked taste.

Went here for breakfast today. I had the fritta skillet and my boyfriend had the country breakfast with French toast. We also split a cinnamon roll. It was all delicious. The wait is a bit long, but other than that…no complaints. Definitely recommended

Hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had. The green chili is on point. The serving size was enormous but the ratio of chili to bites of burrito. Perfect. I am blown away. As a native Coloradan, I am visiting from Florida where I live now. We have horrible food compared to Colorado. And there are no places that will ever touch the quality of this food here. I highly recommend. Also our server was amazing she loves bees like me.
