Offering by the item pizza’s and specialty pizza’s, We also offer a delicious variety of subs, grilled sandwiches, wraps and salads. We make delicious Coney Islands also. I asked for a 2 topping pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese. They said okay your all set and hung up. So I went to go get it and they had charged me 2$ extra for mor cheese. So I asked why and she said it’s more for extra. Witch I was never told. So I had to pay for a 2 topping pizza with only 1 topping and had to pay an extra 2$ I over heard the manager say it to an employee is the only way I new I was getting charged more. They did nothing they took no money off. Never going back there again

130 dollars for pizza party and not what we ordered. Staff not friendly. And they had enough silverware for 12 people we had 25. had to go buy plastic at local store I know 25 people might be more than there use too but we gave a weeks notice of are party. I live in Lansing and use to go there with a old irrigation company 7 years ago i went back to show the wife and kids about this place i forgot the name at the time but i just remembered all the turns and remembered how to get there lol some how and still to this day its my favorite pizza if im ever in jackson again i will be dinning in again excellent customer service if you have never ate here your missing out!!

Ordered a salad with cashews-it didn’t have any. It did have lettuce that was starting to brown though-so yum? The cheese bread was bland. The pizza was ok-really the only reason this isn’t one star. Again, nothing special, low on toppings, and not very flavorful. Also, they were out of ranch. How is a pizza joint out of ranch? Definitely not worth the price I ended up paying. Take your money and go to Klavons.

The chef salads are really good. This time my salad dressing was strange looking and tasting, I had to throw it away. We ordered mozzarella cheese sticks and they were hollow inside ( no cheese)!

I waited at the counter for over 5 min while the woman in back finished her break and then she couldn’t tell me about the products and was rude about it. Then she was more concerned about refilling her pop then to ring up my order. Stay away from this location. The Parnell st one is way better.
