Great Italian food, owner uses his mom recipe, very freshly made. Large portions. Very good prices and service was wonderful. They are closed on Sundays. We would definitely good here again.

What a waste of my time. Looking for a once wonderful Marino’s Italian Restaurant on Central Ave, we wound up at an American Legion that’s also this Marino’s, in Fridley. Except the dining area this evening was given over to a steak/chicken fundraising dinner where you carried your plate down the line. Not necessarily horrible but also nowhere near what I had in mind on reading their online menu.

Breakfast was really good! They actually cut real potatoes and fry them, just like my mom. Very home style like. Building looks a little getto but when you walk inside its not bad.

A family favorite… I’ve been eating Marino’s food since I was a wee little girl… it hasn’t changed one bit. Still family owned and operated. Pasta dishes just aren’t the same anywhere else..

I cant make it a half star so it gets one.. ravioli was TERRIBLE.. noodles half cooked and meat inside was a rock, bread came our half forzen.. and the bean and bacon soup, lol.. it was water uncooked beans and a piece of fatty bacon. Man, I wish they wouldn’t have signed a 1 year contract. Miss the old food.. 3 people have gotten sick off the food which I was told AFTER we ate..

Good atmosphere and wonderful live music. It is a good place to chill in the evening. I did not have any food but the beer was good, unfortunately there is no PBR served at this establishment. I will return for the music.

Impressed and will make it a point to come back. Everything I tried was delicious and all the plates were clean. My drink was always full and the vibe is like home.

Food was ok but the tables were filthy! Thursdays are Polish night so they had a polka band and a bunch of little old ladies and men dancing! That part was fun!

The Marino’s special of eggs, peppers and Italian sausage was way overcooked. Only the 2nd time in 30 years that I’ve had a bad meal.
