Chose this place as an early Father’s Day dinner with the parents and grandma. Service was punctual, having us seated within a couple minutes of our reservation time. Waitresses were pleasant and attentive, and the food- incredible. (These pumpernickel steakhouse rolls are on another level!)

Great experience with the parents, perfect atmosphere, and quality establishment all around.

Very nice establishment on the lake with excellent service. The average prices run $35+ for fish and over $50 for steaks. The food presentation is exceptional and the portions (outside of the steaks) run on the smaller side.

The flavors were strong but I didn’t find the food exceptional (especially considering the price), but I still left satisfied. Regardless, the restaurant has a great atmosphere with a full bar, plenty of large tables (perfect for groups) and attentive staff.

The restaurant is ADA compliant and wheelchair accessible (as well as ADA parking). There are plenty of vegetarian options on the menu as well.

Great food, great atmosphere and great prices. This is the old school supper club atmosphere with a happy hour at the bar before the meal.

The steaks are all great and the deep fried perch on Friday is excellent with a light batter all done in house. The deep fried walleye was also excellent.

2/23 – Another visit and the experience was solid. Nice staff, solid food, and prompt service so I had no issues. I had the shrimp special this visit.

10/22 – Good little restaurant on the outskirts of Madison. Staff was nice. Food was good and delivered hot. Manager/owner was super nice and chatted with me about my stop. Recommend a visit if you want a little higher end spot to stop.

We decided to come out here for a date night since we have never been here before. The food was very delicious, and there were large portions. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We stopped in for the fish fry and got seated very quickly with our reservations we had made online. The whole place gives you the classic supper club feel, which was nice. Although I kinda had to duck walking through one of the hallways that had some sort of Christmas looking lights hanging from the ceiling lol Pricing seemed a little high for the steaks, but we didn’t get to try them so I’m sure they’re priced fairly.

Food was absolutely delicious – everything from the drinks, to the appetizers, to the entrees. A bit on the pricey side but it’s worth it for the presentation, atmosphere, and experience. We got the house salad, clam chowder, filet tenderloin (Saturday special), and salmon.

Went back the resteraunt with my wife and in-laws and was impressed. I enjoyed the tenderloin and clam chowder the first time but was blown away by the bruschetta the second. As long as they stay in business, I will continue to recommend this beautiful place.

Had to visit this Madison landmark since we hadn’t been back for 10 years. I’m happy to say that the Mariner’s Inn is still a fantastic restaurant. We both had steak and lobster. Loved every bite!

Service by the experienced wait staff was excellent.

View of marina was just as I remember. Very tranquil setting.

A little hard to find, but a must if you are visiting the area!

Really nice, old school marina-side restaurant! Good food, but not great food. Steak was a touch overcooked (ordered medium rare) and would have been easier to eat on a larger plate.

We had a group of maybe 50. 3 gals did an excellent job, attentive to drinks, making sure everyone was taken care of, food tasted amazing, only knock was acoustics, room was loud!
