Got a pizza, fries ,and a soda , waited almost a hour for delivery driver came I gave him a good tip too as I was excited for the food and he forgot my soda …. That upset me a little bit and then I started eating the pizza it was fine and then I opened up the bag with “bacon and cheese fries” that I ordered and I never have seen any bacon and cheese fries like this in my life they were rock hard they put so much cheese into the fries that you can’t even pull them apart from the cheese I threw them in the garbage I won’t be ordering from here anymore

I am so sad. I LOOOVE this Marinelli’s. We order here A LOT. In my opinion they have the best fries. However, tonight, I ordered a burger, which I never get but I wanted a change. I ordered, order #66 and was super excited because the food here is always good, well not tonight. I ordered a burger and was PISSED OFF. I ordered a Texas burger, which supposed to have come with mushrooms, bacon, onions, tomatoes and lettuce. Why was there NO BACON, 2 mushrooms, no ketchup, no mayo, and no seasoning??? I dont know what happened but I am not coming back. I am mad that I literally had to throw my burger away in this economy because it just wasnt good and I didnt get what I ordered. How are you saying the burger has bacon and there is no bacon. How are you going to say the burger had mushrooms and it has 2 but you charge me a premium price!!! UGGGGG.

We ordered a delivery yesterday, my eggplant parm. sub Was ok but 1/5 was just bread.
My husband said that his meatball sub tasted like they were not homemade. He also wound up with the runs.
We have had pizza there before and it was pretty good. Disappointed last night.

Eh. Not that impressed. The Buffalo chicken pizza and bruschetta were huge disappointments. The pepperoni was good. But the bruschetta was just bread with tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. Where is the balsamic glaze? Where is the oil? The liquid? It was dry and not at all what bruschetta is. The Buffalo chicken was what we were most excited for and unfortunately it was just chicken on a pizza. I have a feeling it was frozen chicken chunks on there too. All in all, probably won’t go back but worth the shot.

I’ve been coming to Marinelli’s for a few years now and after today, I think I’m done. Today was my first day ordering a large cheesesteak Stromboli and maybe as a force of habit, cheesesteak to me means steak, cheese, peppers and onions. Needless, to say, $26.50 later, all I received was a round, doughy contraption of steak and cheese; very disappointed.

This restaurant was on our list to try and decided to stop by for lunch today.
One cheesesteak, sauce on the side, no onions for $9 and extra 75 cents for SOS? The cheesesteak roll was 10/12”, 3/4 full, barely 4 Ounces of meat, pebbled. Not a fan.
And always like to try other restaurants’ version of eggplant parmigiana, small portion of Angel hair, a small salad, 2 pieces of warmed bread, $14 ! I ❤️ cheese yet the layers of eggplant were stacked without any mozzarella between layers.
Cons: $2.50 for a bottle of water
$0.75 for tiny ramekin of red sauce
And as we were eating, the kitchen crew had brooms and mops and started to wash the kitchen floor, full on swirling water sloshing as we were eating! Not sanitary.
As a new customer, I’m big on asking questions, communicating, yet the staff can shake their heads all they want, if they don’t make it happen, I’m not getting what I want.

Order all the time thru the Slice App. All of the information is saved and after a year of ordering somehow they send my pizza to a wrong address. Called the store and Slice and tried to get this fixed but was a no go. Some how it’s my fault. Used the application the same as always. Shame is that I spent a lot of money there over the past year, but seem to want to lose my business over 1 large pie. Have a good one the food was average anyway. Look at the lame response instead of doing right by the customer. I called the place and told they the Slice app was wrong didn’t care. I ended up finding a better place Pizza Chef two block away.
